İ have ordered 16 items and ı was at home all day waiting my package nobody came or knock the door. But after that even ı didn’t took my order it has Saïd it is delivered. After that day my other package came (different items) ı asked the Guy and he said he wasnt working yesterday ( which is the day 18.03.2026) and at night he wrote to me from whatsapp in here you can see our messages he just put a picture of house which isnt my house and he said he put my packages near contanier even he saw me at home he didn’t knock the door he said he put it one of My neighbours container. I have a lot of questions about this. but most important is tha ı dont have thethings which ı paid . Where are they? I need help , guidence and my money.

GOFO, you must be unbelievably crazy, incompetent and unserious to send my package back to the sorting centre for the SECOND time GFNL26063062161102, especially after your own tracking link clearly said it was “in preparation for delivery'' since 17th March. What kind of useless operation are you running?
You even replied to my previous review and still failed to provide any actual information about when my package would be delivered. That response was completely pointless.
So where is my package now? And when am I actually going to receive it? Or do I need to escalate this to the geschillencommissie post to get any real answers?
This is beyond frustrating, get your act together or shut down this business rather than frustrate your customers.

I do not recommend this company. There is no delivery time, the status is not updated, and there is no pickup point. When a delivery fails, the company does not inform me. They have attempted to deliver the package twice, but because there is no delivery timeframe, I have no way of knowing if I will be home. Even when I am, the status is "undelivered" because I supposedly wasn't home. After two delivery attempts, the company also doesn't update the status for two days, then it says "prepared for delivery" again, then "delivered" again, then "delivered" again. I even emailed them, called them, sent photos of where they could leave the package, and it's still difficult. This company should never exist. I don't want any stupid comments from this company, because they are paid for sufficient packages and being reliable, not for pretending that customer transfers are the best solution. I wouldn't even give you 0 stars. Be careful and when you see that the parcel is sent by this company, react immediately if you want to avoid problems.

Claimed delivery without actually delivering the package
I had a very disappointing experience with Gofo Express.
My parcel was marked as delivered at 22:00, but no delivery attempt was made. No doorbell was rung and no contact was attempted, despite me being at home at the time.
The only “proof” provided was a photo of the parcel placed outside my address, showing the house number. This does not prove that the package was actually delivered to me, only that it was left unattended outside.
When I contacted Gofo Express, they refused to investigate further and insisted that the photo was sufficient proof of delivery. They also refused to provide a certificate of loss and redirected me back to the seller, leaving me stuck without a resolution.
This approach shifts all risk to the customer, which is unacceptable. A delivery company should ensure that a parcel is actually handed over or properly delivered, not simply left outside and marked as complete.
Very poor service and no accountability. I would not trust this courier with any delivery.

The delivery guy took a photo of my parcel in his hand, and another photo of my mailslot -- never mind that the parcel was far too big to ever fit through the mailslot. According to GoFo, these two photos are proof that the parcel was delivered to me.
Never mind that 1) Im not in the photo, 2) there is no signature, and 3) I actively tried to contact them, and emailed them the day before delivery, to inform them I couldnt be home that day because of work.
Now they expect ME to prove that I wasnt home (!?)
They're off their heads!

And now for the third time in a row they haven't delivered my package!!! Each time they write that no one was home. I'm tired of arguing and calling the hotline. The first time, you returned the package with the phone to China and never delivered it to me. The second time, you also wrote that I wasn't home. Even though I tracked the package and was waiting for it at home. And I had to go to a branch in another city to pick up the package!!! And yesterday was the third time. The worst possible experience, they lost my parcel. I was not at home at the time of delivery, and the courier just took a photo of my closed door and the packet on his hand. The packet is nowhere to be found, and the company gave me a delivery address of a different building. After asking again because there is no parcel at that building, they said they delivered to me, and provide proof that I was away. They do not have serious proof of delivery, they do not know where they gave my packet, and asked for flight tickets to confirm that i did not get it.

First time i ordered from temu and was happy for a supposedly fast delivery so on 21 feb i waited. As it says delivery guy is out to deliver. Waited waited waited. Nothing and at 12:03 got a message that delivery failed. Client not home i mean WTF i was waiting the whole time. Now today 24/02. I places a post it next the bell saying im home. Press this. Lets see what happens. And as usual. My whole morning is wasted. Wish they would set a time so that people do not have to waste half a day

It’s 21/02/2026 and my package said “delivered” at 1:02pm but did not receive my package and neither my neighbors. Photos taken was my closed door, and a package on a hand. I really need that package and it’s Saturday I can’t contact the courier or the GOFO office for information. Please find my package and bring it back to me. I’m really frustrated since afternoon. Once I receive it I’ll take a picture of it myself.
