Unable to get in contact with the company at all as adverts keep on popping up so frustrating all I wish to do is cancel the subscription so that they don't think that I have an endless pot of my hard earned money to keep them kidding us all. I only wished to try this out but now wished that I checked out trust pilot reviews before signing up and making payments of £42.45 Robin Hood company please don't use

Avoid ordering from this company at all costs!!!! First of all they scammed me and send me only 3 bottles of the body oil instead of 5 as clearly stated in the promotion (and no, there was no misunderstanding the picture showed 5 bottles of body oil and it said order 3 get 2 for free)! I contacted them about it and then first they told me that I will receive the other with my monthly subscription. LOL, what subscription?? I most certainly never!! signed up for any subscription!! Then they answered me that will give me a 20$ gift card, what a joke!!
But it gets even better: I haven’t heard back for a couple of weeks but received yesterday that my subscription order is on its way! Despite the fact that I have repeatedly told the customer service that I have NEVER!!! signed up for a subscription, I have told me repeatedly to cancel this subscription immediately.
Please save yourself all the trouble and the trap that they force you into a subscription you have never signed up for and just DO NOT order from this company!!!!

Do not order anything from Goda! They will keep taking monthly payments and sending you more stuff that you never ordered and then you can't get hold of the to tell them to stop ..its a scam .I've no idea how to stop them .I've tried everything.

Everything came on time, however , my significant other passed away suddenly before I got the package. Therefore, I have not really used it yet. So I can't give an accurate review. Im so sorry.

I love the smell of the Goda perfume not to strong. It took a while for me to get the perfume. But it’s worth the wait.

I ordered one time and it snicked in an unwanted subscription I can’t find a way to unsubscribe, I emailed and told them to stop doing this and the subscription still coming in!. I don’t even like the product, buyer beware!.

My very first experience using Goda was exceptional. It truly gives your skin a healthy glow. The fragrance leaves a trail so much so I’ve received compliments from strangers. It makes me feel beautiful and rich. I ordered my second bottle a couple weeks after receiving the 1st. I encourage you try it. This product does not disappoint.

I saw their product on instagram and decided to give it a go. I ordered one of the scents from Germany and it took a long time to get to my door. Anyways, one 1 month after my first purchased I saw 30 euros were withdrawn from my bank account for a perfume that I didnt even order?!? It seems they secretly sign you up for their monthly subscription and than milk your money until you notice. After noticing I told them to refund my money but they always avoided my emails playing with me the whole time!!! AND their support email is soo trash that your emails dont even get delivered I dont know how. It has been almost 2 weeks and still no sign, they are happy to take my 30 euros for a perfume that I dont even want it seems. Literal scammers literally ripping me off!!!

Avoid at all cost!! Autorepeat orders requiring several emails to request stoping before implemented . Only part of the order delivered, confusing advertising and customer service emails not being delivered in the hope you just go away. Spent weeks attempting to contact, palmed off! 😠
Spend your money elsewhere, lots of cheaper and better oils on the market.

I have had an appalling experience with the GODA customer service team.
They refuse to reply to emails and when they do it is with a bot that addressed a completely unrelated issue.
I made a mistake when I placed the order.
My bad, I will wear that even though I alerted them within 3 minutes!!!!
Now I need to return product. I have 14 days ticking away to do so, (at my expense)
I cant do a return until I reach out to the "happy to assist" team at GODA, and they refuse to answer any of my polite emails.
I have no idea what the product is like but if it comes from a business that treats its customers like they dont exist after taking their money, then I can only think it will be disappointing.

This company is a scam artist goda perfume. I've written 6 emails but response to cancel my membership. Don't but anything from them they have so take out 50 pounds. The main company is in Asia. It's disgusting. Save your money.

The bottle is very pretty and the light floral smell is very lasting and a gorgeous fragrance. It's not too powerful and has light floral undertones which compliment the overall fragrant, perfect for everyday wear!

Love the smell, smells great but it does not last long enough. Within an hour I could not smell it anymore.

It isn't too flowery, nor too sweet, which is something neither of us like in women's perfumes.

Not an overwhelming scent at all, which I love, since I am sensitive to super strong scents! Longevity is decent, and the scent gets warmer throughout the day.
