I love the scent and the compliments using this product but creating a monthly subscription I did not authorize does not seat well with me. There should be a reminder ahead of time and an option to choose if you want your order to process for the next month. Not just deducting from my account and then getting a mail saying my order is on the way, no.

Highly Dissatisfied

Highly Dissatisfied! I literally have to cancel my credit/debit card to stop the charges from these thieves! Since February I have received one shipment that took 2 months to arrive! The other 2 packages that were shipped are sitting in Crested Butte, Colorado due to illegal postage?? No idea what to do for this 😕!
Additionally, they have tried to charge my card over 50 times, no joke! Thank goodness I keep my cards locked from charges!
The worst part is their customer service cost $5.00 to speak with them on their issues! SCAM SCAM SCAM
Just got another notification for a charge????

I am very unhappy with my experience - I'd avoid Goda

I am very unhappy with my experience.
I made what I believed was a one-time purchase, but another order has been dispatched and payment taken from my bank account without my consent. I've contacted the organisation with a formal complaint asking any subscription they signed me to is cancelled immediately. A shame the oil seemed ok

I placed an order with GODA April 5

I placed an order with GODA April 5, 26, which took 7 weeks to receive. Before I received that order the took $78 from my account for a subscription that I did not sign up for. I emailed several times to get a refund and to cancel tge fake subscription. The email proceeds to tell me what comes with the subscription instead of canceling. This company is horrible and I would never recommend doing any business with GODA ever.

they are scam company

they are scam company, i placed my order for 28.88 USD on 24th apr and the order never arrived after repeated following and then they deducted 34 USD again from my card last night 21st apr without my permission where i didn’t order anything and i didn’t even received my old order.. can someone do something abt this? and i don’t take any subscription model.

I bought my first GODA oil product and…

I bought my first GODA oil product and loved the oil despite it being a small glass bottle and wouldn't last very long.
I then went overseas on holiday and received a notification from CBA (bank) about 3 weeks later asking me to approve a purchase.
It was clearly not me requesting this so I did not approve and my card got blocked to prevent any further fraudulent activity.
GODA oils had put me on a subscription and this was my next months order being billed to me!! And it was for double the initial amount!!!!!
I'm in a foreign country with no bank card and i have a company continuing to bill me for unordered goods.
This is highly inappropriate and dishonest of them!!!!!!
What a terrible disappointment! Shame on them!!!

Trying to charge me for a subscription I didn’t take out

I ordered the body oil which I have to say smells lovely, which is why I’ve given one star. However, I placed a one time order only, I definitely didn’t sign up for a subscription, but Goda tried to take a second payment without permission for a subscription and keep emailing me to update my card details as there’s a ‘problem with my subscription’. Tried emailing customer service but no response. Tried cancelling on the website but have to sign up for a link to ‘manage my subscription’ which I presume is a trick to try and lock me into a subscription that I didn’t sign up for in the first place. Absolute joke, don’t fall for it!

Scammers, grifters

When I ordered they overbilled. Never received the order and have not received my full refund despite me emailing. Them numerous times with little support back. It’s been over 2 months. They had the audacity to offer me 50 percent, then 70 percent back DESPITE me not receiving product. Do not engage with these scammers, grifters. BEWARE
