The customer service was great. I read a review that wasn't so good, and I worried I had just paid for nothing.
The product wasnt my favourite scent. I dont use perfume much these days, mostly essential oils, although I did buy a set of samples from Alkemia and once I read in one of the masterclass emails that Goda for her can boost the perfume I tried it and it worked for this I am happy because I love the smell of the almond in my Enchantress perfume oil, and it seems to boost it

This has become my new fav. I absolutely love the scent it's like wearing class from a bottle. Highly recommend this light scent and the bottle is so beautifully crafted.

Goda is my absolutely favorite fragrance. I bought the biggest bottle this time so I can use it on myself, linens and room spray. I constantly receive compliments and I know why I sure smell good!

Smelled great but didn’t last long

I'll admit I didn't like this perfume at first. However, as I continue to wear it. It started to become really appealing. I love having it in my rotation now.

I love the soft yet powerful scent of this perfume. I got so many compliments and I will be purchasing some very soon!

Adore the silk body oil and will definitely be reordering. I wish it came in a larger quantity. I actually prefer the scent of the body oil to the perfume, although the perfume after a couple hours mellows out and is quite nice. I suppose that is the perfume and my body chemistry taking time to do its thing, as advertised. The perfume I find to be a little harsh when first applied, so have to plan timing. Overall like the product.

Perfume isnt that great. Took money from my account claiming I set up a subscription. If I did it must have been very well hidden. I was tricked and they won't give me my money back. I even tried to cancel it when it was pending they said it had a shipped after i tried to cancel how how convenient. Scammers. Oh and they turn off comments on thier Facebook so bad ones are filtered out. But there are a lot of angry faces. Shouldn't be allowed.

The fragrance smells nice but is nothing special and hasn't been noted by anyone around me when I have worn it. I am kind of sorry I bought two packages of it! The order came in a sturdy package so it wasn't damaged or didn't leak and was delivered in a timely fashion.

The fact that I had paid for hair perfume and never got it. I don’t think I’ll order from the website again

It only takes a small amount, and the scent speaks volumes. I love how it mixes with my body chemistry. Very satisfied customer.

I was using the drops just casually and it didn’t dawn on me until maybe day four when my roommate came out to me. It was all in my neck to smell it. Now I have everyone asking me about the product! It’s my secret

Supposedly signed up to a subscription that was 100% not subscribed to by me. A very dubious company to say the least.
Returns process is none existent and I’ve had to raise the issue with my bank.
Stay away from them for god sake!

DO NOT ORDER FROM GODA

A friend recommended GODA oil to me, and to be fair, the product itself was quite pleasant. However, around three weeks later, I suddenly received another bottle that I had not ordered, and £29 had been deducted from my account without any clear authorisation from me.

It turns out the company signs customers up to a subscription service, despite me never knowingly agreeing to one. When I tried contacting them, several emails bounced back, and when I finally got through to their so-called customer service, they completely ignored my request for a proper refund. Instead, they just kept offering me 50% off the subscription rather than cancelling it and refunding me fully.

Their website claims “easy returns,” but that was absolutely not my experience. In the end, I had to contact my bank and dispute the payment directly to get my money back. Interestingly enough, only after the bank dispute did I suddenly receive an email from GODA saying they had processed a refund.

Afterwards I checked online and found plenty of negative comments on Reddit and elsewhere from people describing very similar experiences. I really wish I’d looked into the company beforehand instead of trusting a recommendation from a friend.

In my opinion, consumers should avoid this company entirely. The business model feels extremely misleading and the customer service is awful.

I like the smell so fantastic is not very strong..I smell it all day long in my clothes. I will gonna order more soon.

I absolutely love the way Goda spelled on me. I put some on and went to the mall and got a lot of compliments. I actually gave your website to them so that they can order from you.

I purchased this product attempting to help the creators but I’m not impressed. I couldn’t even smell the scent. Please create to sell legitimate products. I bought 3 . What a ripoff.
