Unfortunately I have to give one star as I purchased a product that should fit straight away but I had to do modifications in order to fit it. Shop response was really disappointing.
I ordered many times before from them, never had an issue but once I had it they did not care to be honest.

No issues. Parts as described. No delivery charge and arrived on time. Recommend, as have a really good selection of parts available. We need to support small business like this, and ensure that such products are available to the guitar and general music community in the uk.

Fantastic customer service. I ordered a couple of months ago (all went perfectly then) but I managed to misplace the packing list since and couldn't find my confirmation email. I wanted to re-order the exact same parts (Gotoh machine heads) so I contacted Mark via the website contact form and within a couple of hours he had found my order and emailed me back with the correct machine heads and a link to re-order them.
I placed the order at 4:48pm on the Thursday night and it was delivered to my door by 10am the next morning!
Incredibly helpful, great prices and so fast to process orders.

The Glued to music team upgraded this delivery (free of charge), The Hosco adapter ferrules work a treat. They allow 6.5mm tuner shaft to fill a 10mm hole. Allowing me to swap out those clunky Grover Rotomatics for Gotoh elegant klusson style 50s tuners.

Came accross the site by chance looking for a particular Fender vibrato unit. None of the big boys had it but Glued to Music did. Very quick service with great coms.
Arrived well packed and on time. Excellent.

I tend to go to the big music stores to order online as there's a certain amount of trust you can put to well known named stores but Glued to music had a part I needed available so gave them a try the item came fast and they used tracking on the parcel that sent text notifications which was nice not to have to keep going to web pages to check up on ill definitely shopping with them again 👍

Really glad I found Glued to Music, I only use a select few for my guitar parts and they are one of them. They have never let me down on delivery and always have what I am looking for, often cheaper than other sites, with the multipletimes i have ordered. Will be continuing to purchase my guitar parts from them.

Royal Mail delivered a day later than they said. Nothing Glued to Music could reasonably do about it. I emailed them when my order didn’t turn up and they provided advice straight away. Product is exactly as I expected. Would be 5 stars but for Royal Mail.
