After trying to purchase some guitar parts from companies I’ve always tried I wasn’t finding what I was after and by chance I found glued to music and a lucky find , they had all the parts that I was struggling to find. What I really liked is that they had spotted a situation where my order seemed to conflict with the parts I had purchased so before posting the order they had emailed me to check on a guitar bridge that was for a 7 string and the other parts were for a 6 string guitar. They were able to rectify my mistake and correct it before posting . This is why I now have glued to music as top of my go to guitar parts list . Thanks to an eagle eyed member of their team . That’s what I call a friendly helpful company. Would I recommend to others ? Well that’s a big happy yes .

Bought two Gotoh MK-18l control knobs for my 1/4" inch solid shaft CTS pots. The tops of the set screws are sharp and protrude from the control by approximately 0.4mm. This creates a significant opportunity for sharps injuries to the player's hand. I contacted Glued to Music via email to describe the problem and to request a return for these defective knobs as they are clearly unfit for purpose. They agreed to a return at my cost, but became evasive and defensive when I asked whether the return postage would be reimbursed via PayPal. I suspect Glued to Music's intention is to make the return and the return postage reimbursement so difficult and time consuming that the customer either does not return at all, or returns and eventually gives up on reclaiming the return postage cost.

I bought some tuners that were delivered very speedily. After this I has a couple of queries as I was unsure if I had bought the right thing. I contacted Mark, who was brilliant, I got a very detailed reply with a full explanation on the tuners I had bought. I fitted them on his advice and now my guitar is complete. To get great service like this is rare. I am so glad I found Glued to Music they are absolutely brilliant!!

Just a small order for two Schaller strap buttons, one of which had a problem with the hex socket. However, after sending an email to them showing the problem, a replacement button was sent to me very rapidly.
All in all, excellent service with the initial order arriving after only a couple of days and the replacement sent immediately they were aware of the problem. Definitely 5 stars!

First time ordering from glued to music and as always when ordering from a new place I hope it will all work out ok. I purchased a Schaller Floyd rose through the website, it was dispatched the following day and I received it the day after that. Fantastic quick service and I’ll be very happy to buy from them again in the future!

Quick delivery, exact item, happy. Contact only by email, captcha bug keeps throwing me out, I would prefer a phone number if there's a problem. I will use this company again.

Even though my orders have been small, the service and fast delivery have been top notch, free postage as well as great prices.

I've emailed them with questions about a small accessory I had trouble finding (a certain size of strap buttons for my jazz bass). They emailed back within a day and took the issue as seriously as if I was planning to spend hundreds of pounds with them.
I've placed a larger order than I planned, because I was so happy with their customer service I thought why not stock up on some picks and string wipes.
Default 48hour free royal mail delivery and the strap buttons fit perfectly!
I'll definitely purchase from them again!

The customer service from the Glued to Music team was great throughout and they were able to advise on the correct part that would fit my specific Ibanez guitar perfectly. Communication was fantastic and the items were dispatched quickly and securely. Had the Floyd-Rose part I was looking for and great after-sales service when a bit needed replacing.

I ordered some guitar upgrades from Glued to music (bridge / tailpiece and knobs). The communications were great, i got an e-mail double checking if i had ordered the correct gear as there were some metric and some imperial items on the order. When i gave it the thumbs up, the order was placed, shipped and at my door the next day. Great service, thanks!

Bought a truss road tool through reverb and it arrived very quickly.

I had a to cancel a different order and they were really helpful, cancelling and refunding without issue.

Having had to return a set of PRS pickup rings to ‘Mark’ at glued to Music - as they were not suitable, I was informed that the goods were unsuitable for return - even though we discussed the matter previously. I meticulously packaged the goods and paid for the return postage, only to be informed that I should buy another set of different rings - at my own expense. How dare he and Glued to Music suggest that I would ever consider doing business with them ever again. I intend to share his appalling email with my social media network and musician friends.
Stunned by this!! I there was a ‘zero’ star, I would have used that instead.
