My shopping experience was very easy, now I am just waiting for my dress to get here.

The process to customize size was very easy

Very poor quality and customer service. The seams on the dress I ordered did not match across the back, you could see the front opening lining and the beading on the wrist was on the inside of the sleeve. In attempting to return the dress the company offered to refund 30% of the purchase price, 80% on a gift card to be used at Glamlora or I could return the dress at my own expense to an address in China. Buyer beware when ordering from Glamlora.

The shopping on here was a good one and I think I will be returning as a customer. I just purchased a dress for my mom to wear to her nieces wedding in June. Praying that the sizing is a good fit.

Hoping it gets here on time, sizing was difficult but over all after doing research it became fairly easy.

Bad business I don’t think they put the negative reviews up write a review on website and haven’t seen it yet order a dress for my daughter prom in 3/17 as of 4/16 still haven’t received it when shipping dates stated between April 2-12 contact customer service they told me it’s still in production and gonna take another 12-15 days asked to cancel cause it won’t be here on time they told me I will only get 90.45 when I paid 209 and it’s there fault I’m canceling delivery dates are a lie they do this just to get your money be careful ordering from here I will never again

Very nice dresses . The website was easy to navigate and the dresses are all well priced. very reasonable.

I ordered a garment bag and a wedding dress, i received the garment bag and no dress, they are refusing a refund, and asking me to swnd back the dress and they will refund me.
I have stated how can i return a dress that wasnt even received? Again i get a response to send dress back and you will get a refund.
I went through paypal and glamora still wont refund me, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Disgusting company,fraudsters and scammers

Absolutely awful. My daughter is in tears this afternoon. Her ‘dress’ arrived this morning after she had left for the day. I carefully unwrapped, inspected and recorded any issues I found with it. Then emailed the company to request a return as I knew it was more pantomime than prom. However I decided to allow her to make her own decision and try it on, which she did as soon as she arrived home and had showered. One breast pad is sewn into the hem at the bottom back of the dress. It’s a bitter yellow dress, but inside the lining are bits of dark material. The beads are sewn incorrectly to the other parts of the garment so there’s gathering. It’s appalling. I still haven’t had an email acknowledgment and I refuse to spend £200 on something that is a fire hazard.

I felt very helped in the process to get my dress the sizing was easy because of all the help they provide I am so excited to get my dress I pray it comes in before may 2nd I’m so excited

It took a few minutes to figure out the ordering of different colors as the photo is one color but the description is what you actually ordered.

Not everyone wears heels so dress length becomes an issue when someone, like me, wears fancy flats, then I have to go to a tailor to have the dress hemmed.
However, the dresses are quite beautiful in the photos and worth hemming based on this.
