I was impressed by the number of dresses displayed...and I looked through them all. Since I ordered custom tailoring, I found the directions very clear and easy to follow. I also appreciated the discount coupon.

Bought 2 dresses for my wedding with the intention of sending one back after trying on.
The returns process is extremely difficult, the offered me discount on another dress and a 10% refund in the one I wished to return.
Then increased to more discount but eventually gave me the address.
Possibly a fake address as the parcel was them returned to me 8 months later with no refund and a return shipping charge for me to pay.

Do not recommend.

I am now in receipt of the dress which was ordered on March 17, 2026 from your company, GlamLora . My excitement turned to horror upon opening the package. Here is a list of things about the dress received:

1. The beading began to fall off the dress onto the floor.
2. The dress resembled NOTHING like the dress you promote on the Glamlora website
3. Noticeably the bra cups are ‘WHITE’ and do not blend in the sheer part of the dress.
4. The bra cups do not stay in place – they were not stitched into place.
5. The zipper is also ‘White’ and stands out taking away from the dress – why not use a black zipper?!?
6. The back of the dress is not the same as in the photo on the Glamlora website which was cut very low almost to the hips. This one is short.
7. The tulle on the dress and appliques are unfinished and just stitched on any old way on the dress.
8. Cheap material used for the cost of paying $203.00!
9. The slit on the dress received is not the same as pictured.
10. It is ill-fitting which – definitely not a size 2.

At this point, I require a full refund. Let me know where to return this dress to and how to begin the refund process.

Very easy to find my right size and hopefully dress will come in time for prom! Pictures did not show the back of the dress though, I had to find their TikTok.

I wanted to do the customization on my dress but it wouldn’t let me ultimately the size I got was pretty much the same measurements…. Hope it gets to me quick enough!!!

I ordered 2 dresses that didn't fit. Im a US size 4 but their size 4 was significantly smaller. The dresses were very heavy from using cheaper materials and had a strong horrible chemical/plastic smell to them. Also, one dress was supposed to be ivory and it was bright white. I contacted customer service with my complaints and requested to return the items. They requested photographic proof that the dresses didnt fit with photos of me measuring my size with fabric tape (absolutely ridiculous) and photos of the dresses in the bags with the bar codes....which was difficult after taking them out of the bag that was held together with an entire roll of packing tape. In the end- they offered for me to pay $10 to get a matching scrap of fabric to take to someone to have the dresses altered, or I could accept a 20% refund, or a 50% refund in the form of a gift card to purchase more from them.
They're a bunch of crooks.
