I ordered to wedding dresses yesterday and tried to cancel it after reading the policy and procedure on returns. There is no option for cancellation on the site I have email them several times since yesterday and no one has responded. Can someone please help me getting contact with these people.

Shopping on their site was easy, their size guide was easy to read and the video they provided to make sure you got the right size was helpful

The web site is easy to navigate. Selections & Variety are broad spectrum. Checkout is smooth & protected.

The cost of shipping should be free when spending over $200 and then waiting for almost a month to receive the order. After paying so much for shipping. It could be a bit cheaper.

They are scamming people by posting different pictures on their website and what they’re sale. The dresses on the website look like high end dresses but you get them in the mail. They are cheap looking.

I would give Glamlora a zero rating if I could. They claim 14 day return guarantee and yet after I ordered and needed to return they refused to supply a return label and when they finally gave me an address it would cost me $300+ to return out of the USA and yet the advertise as a US company. I was refunded only 30% of the cost of the dress. Also the sizing is totally off. I met the measurements given but the dress that came was too small.

I would strongly urge others to be cautious before ordering from Glamlora. My experience was extremely disappointing and misleading, particularly when it comes to their so-called “return policy.”

I ordered a dress that unfortunately did not fit well, and the material was uncomfortable and scratchy—far from what I expected based on the website. I initiated the return process the very next day, assuming it would be straightforward. However, I quickly discovered that Glamlora does not actually offer a true return-and-refund option.

Instead, I was given only two choices: either accept a 20% partial refund and keep the item, or take a 50% gift card for a future purchase—again, while keeping the item. In other words, there is no real way to return the product and get your money back. After explaining that I did not want to keep the dress, they offered 85% refund, but I would pay for shipping. I was given an address in China for the return and expected to pay the shipping cost. UPS quoted the shipping at $480.

This policy feels very misleading and unfair, especially when customers are led to believe that returns are possible. If you are considering ordering from Glamlora, be aware that you may be stuck with an item that doesn’t meet your expectations, with very limited recourse.

I would recommend shopping elsewhere unless you are absolutely certain about your purchase.

I would do zero stars if possible. The quality is horrible. The dress was literally falling apart when it came out of the bag. It took forever to arrive and is all in all a piece of crap. Do not ever order from here.

It was easy to get to and I have heard that the material is good

The variety of colors and sizes is awesome. This is the first time we’ve shopped here, but my daughter is very tall not a typical size so the sizing was nice. I’m really hoping to get this faster than later. It’s for a prom that she just had decided to go to. We haven’t been able to find dresses that fit.

I heard good things excited to see the dress

I was concerned because my dress was three weeks late. I emailed twice before I got a response. It took about 30 hours to get the response. However, when they did respond, they told me my dress would be delivered the same day and the quality of the dress is just stunning. It’s perfect worth every penny Probably could’ve paid more for it. It is absolutely perfect. Pleasantly surprised and I give glamlora five stars.

I have been trying to order for weeks. There is never chat available. I have sent messages multiple times and no one ever gets back to me.

Excited to recieve this dress and try it on. It is beautiful
