Pretty good experience.
The goods arrived promptly and were nicely presented. Unfortunately, my wife opened the parcel and the first thing she was was the invoice. As the items were for Valentine's day, that slightly spoiled the surprise.
Suggestion:
Put the invoice in a sealed envelope marked "Invoice".
Otherwise, a great experience.
