Awesome customer service

Awesome customer service. Order got screwed up and sent to a stored address from a years ago. Nobody to blame but Ghost has been in communication the entire time. When we couldn’t get the delivery service to deliver it to the updated address, Ghost stepped up and resent my order. Highly appreciated!

Absolutely superb customer service!

Absolutely superb customer service. I replied to an order confirmation email on a subscription I forgot to skip a delivery of asking for a cancelation and my order was immediately canceled and a refund issued with absolutely no debate whatsoever.

Perfection

There are a couple moments in life that are just perfect.
There are moments the gods could not improve.
Beers on the beach at sunset.
The gym at 2pm with the boys, everyone hitting prs.
Warm bed in -15 degree weather
Sydney Sweeney.
These things are complete.
They ask nothing more.
But now I know ghost customer support belongs among them. They gave me a discount after the first order issue, and after I had another minor problem they responded almost immediately, after the warehouse team had resolved it.

Great organization with excellent…

Great organization with excellent products and customer service. After trying dozens of different brands (I previously worked for GNC), I've subscribed to monthly deliveries for multiple Ghost products. From pre-workout to protein, Ghost delivers excellent flavors, trusted ingredients, and near perfect mixability. Plus, their customer service team is always super responsive and helpful anytime I've needed it. Today I had an issue with one of my subscriptions so I emailed them and not only did they respond within an hour, my concern was handled and they even made a couple of extra recommendations in the response, which was super helpful.

I wish I could give a 10

I accidentally placed an order on an incorrect card on a Sunday. I emailed them explaining my mistake and if they could help me. They almost instantly got back to me and were able to help me out! Amazing customer service, amazing products, and just one of the best companies around right now.

Great Customer Service & Products

I was trying to update my information for my account, but the web page was giving me issues. I reached out to customer service, and they quickly helped me resolve the issue. Also, Ghost's whey is so tasty - honestly the best protein powder I've purchased!

Damaged Shipment

Was waiting for a shipment from UPS and was informed they had damaged the contents and thrown everything away. Ghost told me not to worry, all new products would be shipped out asap, which they did! I appreciate the quick response and the support Ghost provided. Another great thing Ghost does is have all duty charges paid up front, so makes the shipments arrive on time and not having to worry about paying them at another time during the shipping process which could delay the shipment. Thanks Ghost for the great service!

Super Responsive and Generous Support!

I shot a quick note with a message to help illustrate the condition some of our shipments arrive in and was promptly issued a shipping charge refund.

When I say "promptly," I mean something in the order of MINUTES. I wasn't even thinking about a refund, just trying to help show off the absolute carnage that results from UPS' shipment process by the time the boxes get here, so this was a wonderfully pleasant surprise!

GHOST FAN BOY

I have been using ghost for years, mainly pre work out and Creatine are my go too right now. Just got the ghost protein bars and love that they are sticks. Most protein bars are big and bulky single bars that take forever to chew, these ghost protein bars are amazing and great taste. I love the apparel super comfortable, and honestly ages really well. I have old shirts that still look really great and always getting fresh merch. Love the stainless tumblers! Always cold water!! And don't even get me started on the cans, there is hardly any flavors I don't like. It feels amazing to have a brand I trust and love now !!! So thank you GHOST!!!!

There was an issue with my package being delivered. Not sure what happened but at the time it said it was delivered, I was home and nothing was there. Ghost support put a claim in with the delivery service and re-ordered my protein powder at no charge for me. W Ghost
