I’ve been using ghost products for years and I’ve purchased several shakers, hoodies and hats throughout the years. Having a broken shaker sucked but the customer service team immediately fixed the issue for me and sent me a whole new shaker!

I had an outstanding experience with Ghost customer service. My order was delayed multiple times due to the weather, and it eventually appeared to be lost by the shipping carrier. I reached out to Ghost to flag the issue and received a response in under five minutes, which alone was impressive! After I explained the situation, they immediately placed a replacement order and resolved the issue without hesitation or back-and-forth.
This level of responsiveness and accountability is exceptionally rare today. Ghost did not deflect responsibility, delay action, or make the process burdensome. They simply took care of the customer. Based on this experience alone, Ghost has earned my long-term loyalty!

They reached back to me pretty fast
my issue was I had my protein powder seal broken and I contacted them through their email on their website within a day they got back to me and I recieved a full refund
Also their AI support is also really good compared to other AI support ive seen

My partner and I ordered the same thing unknowingly. I emailed CS to see if they could cancel my order. Within (no exaggeration) 3 minutes, the money was back in my account and I had a very kind confirmation message. Seriously amazing customer support!!

The whole experience was quick and efficient! I was talking to an AI and didn't even realize it. They were fast at responding and already have a replacement coming my way. Though i dont like bugging customer service, i definitely wont hesitate if i need to chat them again :)

Awesome customer service. Order got screwed up and sent to a stored address from a years ago. Nobody to blame but Ghost has been in communication the entire time. When we couldn’t get the delivery service to deliver it to the updated address, Ghost stepped up and resent my order. Highly appreciated!

Absolutely superb customer service. I replied to an order confirmation email on a subscription I forgot to skip a delivery of asking for a cancelation and my order was immediately canceled and a refund issued with absolutely no debate whatsoever.

But now I know ghost customer support belongs among them. They gave me a discount after the first order issue, and after I had another minor problem they responded almost immediately, after the warehouse team had resolved it.

Great organization with excellent products and customer service. After trying dozens of different brands (I previously worked for GNC), I've subscribed to monthly deliveries for multiple Ghost products. From pre-workout to protein, Ghost delivers excellent flavors, trusted ingredients, and near perfect mixability. Plus, their customer service team is always super responsive and helpful anytime I've needed it. Today I had an issue with one of my subscriptions so I emailed them and not only did they respond within an hour, my concern was handled and they even made a couple of extra recommendations in the response, which was super helpful.

I accidentally placed an order on an incorrect card on a Sunday. I emailed them explaining my mistake and if they could help me. They almost instantly got back to me and were able to help me out! Amazing customer service, amazing products, and just one of the best companies around right now.
