Every question I had before deciding to rent was answered almost instantly. The car I rented itself was excellent.

In September 2023 , I booked through Getrentacar.com the car is in Italy, without a credit card, everything worked out, the managers worked out all the questions. However, the site did not work well (explained by technical work). The car was received and handed over without any problems. All at the agreed price.

all rental car supplier is local . not licenced car supplier. i got 2 option for car when i search for car. 2019 fortune 200$ for 2 days and 2022 fotuner for 340$ . i booked 340$ car and i got 2019 car model . car was not well maintained . even they do not have a 24/7 CS. dont go with this company.

It was difficult situation when we arrived to Milan, MXP… No banking card’s working in.. So we use the service rental car.. It was good in high season.. The team understood situation and provided for us few choices of cars… There were always on line and contacted us with car offers immediately we are appreciated… Everything secured and in time… Thanks to them! It is very convenient that you can order a car directly to the airport. You pay only part of the total cost on the site for booking a car, the rest upon arrival to the person. We ordered a car for a trip to Armenia in the mountains, initially ordered a Hyundai Tucson, we were upgraded to Tayouta Prada for free, we liked everything very much!

Scummers. They sell rental service and do not take responsibility for quality. Just take their commission and give you car owner number.
Often overpriced. Often owner ask you to pay more than you booked. Some owners do not return deposit and site support say to solve your problem yourself. They are just market place with fake reviews.

Timely delivery. Excellent value for money. The owner came to pick up the car on time. Great service.

By using this application. I able to get lower price rental car compare to direct approach car rental agent. Owner also know they are monitored and tracked, which made them being genuine and honest with us. Getrentacar manager or in charge person helped me alot through out the booking and finalize it.

We had great experience with Getrentacar in France. Easy to book and communicate, super quick response from support service, flexible payment (in cash or by credit card), the car was in a good condition.
