The blanket is lovely. The personalised name is a lovely touch to add and the printed picture is clear in the pink colour we chose. My daughter loves it.

Product was broken when it arrived.very poor product. I also paid extra for a quicker delivery but that did not happen. Would not recommend this site.

Bought the Guitar Studio glass for our youngest son as the pictures appear to show an engraving. Very sadly, it's just a transfer stuck on to a glass that you can probably buy in a UK pound shop. Will not buy again from this supplier and certainly wouldn't recommend.

When you send out Bookmarks make sure you put something between them. We still can not open ours.

Great gift idea good price

Unfortunately the slingshot broke after less than five uses. The wood split vertically on one of the arms.

The item received was a photo screen print other than an actual needlepoint stocking that was presented on order Several emails customer service for 10% refund then 30% to finally stating that the company was not in the US so the cost of a return would be expensive and they could best offer 50% and me to keep the unsatisfactory product
I will quickly unsubscribe as soon as my refund is received

I ordered these personalised teddies as a gift for a friend and clearly specified which name should go on each teddy when I placed my order. However, when they arrived, I was very disappointed to see that the names had been embroidered on the wrong teddies.
To make matters worse, the names were stitched in gold thread on the brown teddy, making them very difficult to read. The photos on your website showed the names in a much more visible colour, and the finished product looked far more attractive than what I received.
Unfortunately, the teddies did not meet my expectations, especially considering I paid nearly £40 for them. I was also disappointed with the scent. As they are advertised as scented teddies, I expected a pleasant fragrance, but I did not like the smell at all.
Overall, I am very disappointed with my purchase and would appreciate your response regarding this matter.
