Not necessarily the company’s fault but my parcel did not arrive and when I contacted the company I was told to contact the courier. My agreement is with the retailer not the courier! Use a better courier!
So I cannot give any stars for a missing amount from my bank but no product!!

I ordered 2 bracelets. 1 was a bit faulty and the company immediately offered a replacement. Delivery was a little slow but these items are being personalised, so understandable. Really good value for money. Would recommend.

The way you advertise your product is a total scam…… pins showed up and are much smaller that advertised and you need a magnifying glass to read the print. This was to be a gift for a friend but after receiving this I’m embarrassed to even give it. Very disappointed

I ordered a personalised jumper (embroidered sweatshirt) on the 31st of May with the intention to give it to my partner for father's day (21st of june). The website said it would arrive the week before so I placed the order.. it arrived today July 3rd!!!

Also the "embroidered" part is just the "Est ....." and the writing on the cuff, the reason I ordered the product is because the Dad writing with the embroidered pictures (just plastic iron on transfer).

Due to font apparently, anklet received did not resemble the name requested. Company would not refund the full amount. Will never use this company again 😡

I ordered a “needlepoint stocking” and it was a poor quality stocking that is a screen print of needlepoint. It didn’t even have a hanging strip. I was offered a 15% refund. Buyer beware - description was not truthful.
