Took longer to arrive though they did respond to my e mail ..the quality of the engraved necklace is fairly poor in my opinion..don't expect it to last long ..not as pretty as in pictures..

I purchased a letter A cushion for my granddaughter, plush pink looked beautiful on website. I received the cushion and it was nothing like their website displayed. It was not even cut out properly. Felt very sad. They refused to take the cushion back. Gave me a partial refund but I am not happy with this cheap looking product. Wish 8 could put a photo on.

The tiny foot was half the size of my smallest fingernail, should have been double that, it’s almost the same size of the tiny chain.

Shocking I paid £30 for a item on this website which said it would take 5-9 days to come, it then took over 1 month and 2 weeks to come I would email them and they would not reply customer service was shocking, finally when it arrived they had sent me the wrong item and the quality was poor will not be getting anything from this place again and I wouldn’t waste your time and money

The necklaces I ordered were of poor quality. I asked to return the items for a full refund, and was given the run around through email. Proceed with caution.

I ordered the Christmas stickers with my kids names. Two of the names have spaces between each letter while the rest look like what's advertised. I reached out to their "support" only to be told there is no issue with what they send me. They offered half off for me to reorder but cannot tell me how they will make sure I don't get the same stupid looking names with spaces between all the letters. Like it doesn't look like a name. It looks like random letters.

Tracking was great and on time. I love the name bracelet I ordered. It was as described. I have ordered another type as well. I have 18 grandchildren. The first bracelet was limited to 12 names. Therefore, I had to order a second bracelet for the other six names. I wish I could have ordered all 18 on the first one bracelet. Unfortunately, I didn't see where I could just order 6 additional name bars. That would have been less costly.

I’ve had quite a few phot necklaces made for friends and family after losing loved ones and I can’t even begin to say what a beautiful job they do. They knock it out of the park every time. Such beautiful work! If you’re debating- do it. You’ll love it!
