The NP was very informative and was able to help with my prescription renewals. She called to better understand my health issues so that was much easier for me.

The process was easy to figure out. The wait time was short. The NP was professional and thorough. Great experience at the comfort of my home. I was notified quickly that the NP was waiting for me.

The quick response times I was seen within an hour of putting my request in. The information that was provided to me was easy to understand, and was received in a timely manner. The NP On Call was kind and courteous. She offered easy to understand advice.

It's my first time using this service. It is amazing. Well worth the monthly prescription. Nice peace of mind that I can get a doctor whenever I need it. Fine for routine things. Absolutely avoid for Dermatology. Did a course of accutane administered by Dr. Solomon - relapsed shortly thereafter. Started a second course with Dr. Solomon again and updated lab results were minimally out of range with confounded results (was sick) - no feedback, no dialogue, just a closed ticket and "stop medication and go figure out what's wrong with your liver with your family doctor" which felt like a way to just drop me as a patient entirely.

Talked to another derm who noted the dosage for the previous course was likely materially insufficient (explaining the relapse), immediately put me back on the medication at a lower dose with a plan to retest (something I'd suggested in my Maple consultation to no avail), and said none of the levels are genuinely concerning or would warrant a pause.

Absolutely callous. Letting patients entrust their care to you for a 5-6+ month course of a serious drug and then dismissing them with closed tickets and no consultation is incredibly frustrating.

I'm assuming there's enormous volume, no patient continuity, and no incentive to work with patients with any nuance because it slows things down. Maybe Maple seems "easier" but buyer beware...go to a real doctor or DermCafe or, really, anywhere else instead. Never using this service again.

I was able to be treated fast and at home. The NP was thorough and helpful. Will use Maple again if needed.
