Place my order & in a matter of a couple of weeks I cancelled it because it still hadn't shipped. Asked them to refund my order, which supposedly they did on March 11th & I still don't have a credit. I have been trying to dispute this with my credit card company & now my credit card company tells me that after contacting the merchant the charges are valid!!! So...I have no product & I have no credit. What a rip off they are! Stay away from this company!!

Suggest you steer clear of this company, Amazon is a better bet.
Ordered 3 watches, arrived reasonably quickly. Wasn't sure whether to keep them or return. Contacted firm about return they told me they would refund 50% of cost and I could keep the watches. I agreed with this. Superb service, I thought! One
watch totally useless, refund not arrived in well over 5 weeks. Still contacting them and finally given in and called them crooks. Please don't be gullible like me, avoid them at all costs.

I ordered this in February never got an order number. This morning I am told they are having high volume orders so I guess they are not taking care of older orders. In my best interest I think I will dispute charges and let them keep their watch. I think they might be scammed or crooks.

I was looking for a replacement for a broken FitBit and got sucked in by the impressive advert on Facebook. It didn't work properly from the start. It had to be recharged after a very short time and it doesn't sync well with the app. I asked for a refund and they offered me a 50% credit plus I could keep the watch, but I told them I wanted the 100% refund promised in their advert. I had to send it back to the USA at my own expense, but they did refund me the full amount I'd paid for useless watch. The other day I came across an advert for the exact same item being sold online from China for US$8.89.

This is a hopeless watch. The step counter wouldn't work, nor many of the other features. I ordered one watch and received FOUR! Talking by email to the company was a waste of time as they seldom read the questions asked nor did they respond coherently. I eventually managed to get a refund but still had to pay shipping costs. Don't touch this company!

I read the reviews and was dreading the outcome of a refund BUT all my emails were answered almost by return and I received FULL refund within the 5 days. Maybe they had hiccups at first. I have to say in my case, credit where credit is due. This is genuine btw I left negative review prematurely!

Money taken , but watch not received !!! I should have read the reviews first , and feel annoyed with myself for falling for the advert !! I think we’re all trying to keep fit through these months of lockdown and also monitor our health !! And there are thieves out there taking money which many of us have little of in these times !! Absolute FILTH !!!

I am just writing this to make people aware that this company uses photos of an Apple Watch, sometimes even with any mention of this photoshopped out. Such a quality watch costs ten times as much as this fake product! If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

I order fitswacth from advertising, after I check the reviews and cancelled the order the next day. They charge me as quickly and reply me message quickly but never refunded. Stay away from this company

Bought this watch at end of January 2021. Had no problems at all until few days ago. Charged it up over night and when came to put it back on the screen didn't light up. So you couldn't see anything. Didn't even connect to my mobile phone to register any information.
I emailed customer services and was disgusted at there attitude. I was unable to get a refund as the watch was damaged so they say or an exchange because it was more than 30 days after the purchase.
Don't use this company. It's a rip off . Surely am entitled to a replacement or refund !!!!.

I just about to pay the deal, but I searched for review. I was told it’s a German tech team. I wanted to know where it was made. Thank you all, I stop buying it.

Charged up the watch on receipt. It was very cheap and nasty. The battery went flat after one day. I was unable to charge it again. I tried several different USB chargers, no joy! After reading other reviews I decided against returning it, why throw good money after bad? Here's an idea - get 5 £10 notes and set fire to them. At least you'll get warm and the benefit will last longer than this piece of scrap.

Avoid at all costs. Money taken immediately. No product supplied. Excuse for non delivery was "Your address is in valid".
This is a pure scam.

Did eventually receive a watch. BUT advertised price was $29 AUD with free delivery. When I checked my bank statement I found $68 had been taken for the watch.
No useful instruction for setup and use of the watch were supplied. What was included was a tiny piece of paper with print so small I could not read.
Watch went in the bin!!

My experience is reflected in other reviews. On 7 Feb 21 I bought 2 watches for a total of £109.94 . Found them to be very poor, with microscopic instructions requiring a magnifying glass. Returned them, confirmed received by them on 4 Mar. This cost £16.28. They stated refund paid 5 Mar. However on 19 Mar still waiting. They are not based in Canada as implied, but in Lithunia.My strong advice is not to buy from this company, you will get only problems.
Update. At 26 Mar refund still not paid

Money taken immediately and sitting in pending on my bank account
The order for the watch showed payment declined which is totally incorrect... 2 chat people in touch with me advised they can’t remove payment with their system and that I must re order after clearing caches and cookies from my browser and complete order again but I’m not doing that for a 2nd payment to be taken.
Bank advised I contact Action Fraud in this situation

I'm from Canada, and I was just about to order this product and was ready to pay $150 for it's 3x deal!
You see, this company (fitswatch) is widely advertising all over Canada, claiming that they are a Canadian company and their product is being made in Canada! But after reading your reviews and some other good people from Australia, I found out that this company claims to be domestic in its target countries (UK, AU, CAN, ...).
Therefore, they are fraud and worse than thieves, and a disgrace to humanity. They should be tracked down, be found and punished by the law authorities!!!

Received three watches today. Absolute rubbish product. Do not purchase under any circumstance unless under the influence of mind altering chemicals

yes like others I fell for a website not from Canada but actually Bulgaria as they are in GMT +2 - mind you with sophisticated IT they could be anywhere. So March Edon II from "customer service" contacted me and was very sorry of course - but there you go.

Stay away from this company! I too have ordered and received no reply or product.

Having seen this company on Trustpilot I thought they were genuine WRONG.I stupidly ordered 2watches at a cost of £110 and had no reply. I have since read the reviews and they are all very bad. I can’t trace them and it looks like goodbye to my money. As an 84 year old I should have known better, how on earth did this company get on Trustpilot?
