I have ordered my watch not yet received. Since May

Please don’t order one of these watches,got mine on July 2021,and it was smashed,parts started falling out of the package before I got it all the way open,it came in a small box with bubble wrapping and that was it,now I’m having problems getting my 68$back,this is nothing but a scam,watch looked very cheap,plastic,no charger ,don’t order one.

Very very poor quality of watches! Don't buy!
Will return and ask for refund!

I ordered and paid $160.92 for 3 watches. I could hardly read the instructions which were too small and too complicated for an older person which the add was aimed at. One would not charge and I sent pictures and they refunded $80.46 before I had a chance to decide whether to send then back. I gave the other 2 watches to my grandchildren as gifts but to my embarrassment both would not hold a charge. They will not refund the money as it was over 30 days. They should be ashamed of their product and their service.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Product is like a plastic toy from a lucky packet. Refund option: Send back at your own expense, then once received at depot, a full refund (less bank charges would apparently be made). The other option, keep the piece of plastic and they supposedly offer a 50% discount. It would be more expensive to courier back to a so-called depot anyway. There is not an option to leave a ZERO star. DO NOT BUY!

The watch is crap and the company is a fraud. Bought one, thecstraps keep falling off and the watch does not work. Just like the others, I was given two options, they will refund NZD 54.00 and I keep the crap or return at my cost to the US for a full refund. I think the US address is also a fraud. They replied with all sorts of excuses and finally gave me a refund number and requested that I check with my bank. I did and no refund in sight. They are going to pursue the matter. These crooks have to be stopped. They don't deserve any stars.

Ordered one, got charged for three. The first and second one would not charge. Asked for a refund and was given the choice of accepting 50% refund and keep the watches or return to USA for POSSIBLE full refund. Not wanting to pay for the return to US I opened the third one only to find it only charges for 3 seconds and turns off again. There is nothing surer than these crooks have bought a ship load of faulty crap from China and don't really care whether they work or not, they already have your money and rely on the fact that most people will just accept the loss and write it off.

I wish I could give this no stars at all. The product comes with instructions written so small and faint that it is impossible to read them. The app that has to be downloaded does not connect to the watch. I have tried this on two android phones, one of which is only a couple of months old and an iPad, none of which can connect to the watch. I am expected to pay for the return, which according to the Consumer Rights Act (2015) is incorrect. Don’t waste your money - this is such rubbish one suspects a scam

I bought 2 watches and they deducted for 3 watches. Still waiting haven't received anything. Where can I complain?

I accidentally ordered 3 watches when i wanted one so i requested a refund within the same hour. Automated response came through , so looked good. 7 emails later and 34 days àlso later still no refund. Keep promising the refund is on its way. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER ETHICS AT ALL.

Piece of S___, Doesn’t give the true BP or heart rate. Company will not return my email.

Have escalated this to PayPal and my bank.They still refuse not to give a refund. They have my money and the watch I sent back.
Under no circumstance do not deal with this scam/company.Even fake comments from people that do not exist,All made up

Have received my watch today, what a lot of crap, put it into the bin after trying out its supposed programs. Did not expect it to do all it said. Rubbish.

I ordered a "special deal", two watches at a reduced price and free delivery. One watch arrived and when I emailed and questioned the whereabouts of the second watch, I was told I only ordered and paid for one!! Communication ceased when I pointed this out - what a surprise!!! If you intend to purchase, screen shot what the deal is or avoid them altogether. Funny that the ad has also now disappeared. $81.30 for one watch that Amazon are now selling for $19.99.

This watch is not fit for purpose. The bp was always wrong on mine and the strap kept coming off eventually the watch fell apart and smashed to the ground crossing the road. Its not very secure where the strap comes off to be charged. A complete waste of money.

Buying This watch is waste of money as it does not meet its main function such as showing BP and heart rate, I have tested it by comparing the result with my "OMRON" BP monitor and it differs a lot. always showing way less than true BP. it could be very dangerous if you only rely on this watch, be don't be fool and get ripped off by these money hungry businesses. by the way I am going to take some serious action against them very soon.

I cancelled order immediately after as I realised they were not in Uk. Had a lovely communication back saying they had refunded but could take up to 30days to show on account then about 4 weeks later the watches arrived and I hadn’t received refund. Contacted them , saying can’t refund until they receive product back so ended up agreeing to keep at discounted price. Another month has passed and still no refund and no reply. Credit card company saying can’t help as need electronic journal.
I would not use this company.

I find the watch a tad complicated. I cannot set the time. I complained to customer support. They sent instructions which did not work. I complained I want my money back. Give me an address to send it to now they want pictures of the watch.
Why? I was communicating all along. The watch is too complex for me. Send my money back

I ordered 3 watches for family members who have particular health needs and i thought these would be helpful.
It took a fair while for them to arrive but they turned up in due course.
Unfortunately they did not prove to be useful to monitor our health conditions to the extent and accuracy required as advised by my doctor.
I contacted the company and was offered a discounted price to keep the watches OR I could return them for a full refund.
I opted to return them to the USA address provided and I have now received a FULL REFUND paid into my account yesterday.
I posted the watches back on 31st March for $25.
I have to say that communication with the company has been excellent with emails being replied to very quickly and with helpful instructions regarding the return of the watches.
I had to send them a photo of the 3 watches in their original packing boxes which I thought was quite reasonable.
I've read several of the very negative reviews but i have to say that I have no complaints at all about the level of service provided to me.
