NEW CUSTOMERS - BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! SO MANY GOT BITTEN. I hope customers will read all these reviews before ordering for this so called "smart watch" so they too will not be conned. The 4 watches I bought are ALL clearly malfunction. This supplier uses delay tactics in the refund and replies to complaints so that by 30 days end, they tell you, warranty up to 30 days, so sorry no claim! And as far as they are concerned, they conveniently tell you matter is closed and they can't entertain you further.

I bought 3 of these watches One for me and two sons. They do not work and have spent
so many hours trying to set up. I am a serious heart patient and thought they would possibly help us all as we all have heart problems. Rubbish they do not work.

Hi Folks. I bought two of these smart watches and they are a load of rubbish. I downloaded the app and the watches won't sync with the app. I keep getting a message of "device disconnected" every time I tried to sync watch with app. I tried doing this with phones from other people in my family and I got the same response. Can someone tell me the name of the website or email address so I can make a compliant about this? I can't find anything on Google about them or a website. Thanks in advance

5 stars for ease of dealing with them but ZERO for product. Would not charge up through any of my devices so returned to an address given to me in uk. Asked for and received a full refund! All contact was through email. Admit I was very apprehensive but all resolved ok.

How do I get a refund they give me an address in Germany but the establishment is permanently closed I'm worried now as I thought this had an ECG reader on it but it's only heart rate
