Life saver

I was a little nervous at first because I found the service online but they are legit filed the paper work for me like they said they would. Great service if you don’t have time to file the papers out yourself.

There was some confusion regarding the subpoena once filed and I had to go to the courthouse and resubmit and pay the filing fee. But otherwise it was fine.

Well I was contacted via text by the individual that the dispute letter was mailed to, she informed me that she intends to pay me by drawing down from her 401K. That honestly means nothing to me in that I don’t know when and/or how these monies are to be paid back to me. If there was a way an individual could contact you & there’s some specifics in the letter and/or process given to them as to the how when & where you’ll be paid back & a time limit on that as well.

Escrow Refund Refusal

Recently a former company I use to contract with tried withhold my cargo insurance escrow. Dispute was there to assist me with an demand letter. It was a very simple and easy process to follow. Not only did Dispute help prepare the demand letter they also sent it out certified mail with updates and tracking. Good Service, Decent Price, EZ Interface

i mean they requested twice to get a review. it's a good service, their interface is fairly ez to use? fast? it's not absolute magic there but its very good, yes. price is decent

Don't Get Discouraged

I was owed a refund from a very big company who unfortunately seems to prefer to play games with hard working people. I booked a car for rent through Expedia on July 1st ...on July 21st I got to the airport to get the car and was told I couldn't get the vehicle because I didn't bring the card I used at the time of the booking. I was advised to contact Expedia, cancel my booking and request a refund. I did this immediately after leaving the counter this same day July 21st. Again for emphasis this happened in July we are now in September and they finally refunded me my money today September 14th after sending them a demand letter from Dispute which they recieved on September 1st. I was honestly discouraged many times because I would call this companies customer service and they have been stringing me along all this time. I was prepared to go all the way to small claims court if I have to. So a million thanks to Dispute for their services and having experienced all of this I will definitely recommend my friends and family should they be faced with any kind of challenges such as this.

Problem solving

I'm already not happy with the service. I drafted a deman letter and needed to revise it and eliminate typos. Every time I edited it and hit finish, it never saved my edited copy. So im sure they sent the letter with typos. That is upsetting😡. Then I asked for a second one to be sent and I asked to see the letter before they sent it out. None of that happened. I'll find some place else to handle to the court paperwork.

After my above review, they did reach out to me to correct the issues that I was having and they did offer a solution that I think is sufficient for the problem. So, I gave 3 more stars for their effort and problem solving tactics. The last thing a person who is one their way to court wants to deal with are issues with the paperwork. The whole process is already stressful enough.

I had no idea how to go about taking someone to small claims court. Getdispute.com is extremely helpful and quick in filing my paperwork so I can get money that's owed to me from an individual that wrecked my car and left me with no ride. Thank you getdispute.com

An outstanding level of customer…

An outstanding level of customer service. When it comes to filling out the paperwork, keeping you informed, and answering questions, other efiling small claims agencies aren't as quick as them. It was a pleasure working with Trey. In the future, I would definitely use them if I had to file another case. The service was above and beyond my expectations
