Extremely unhelpful, non communicative, you can't get ahold of anyone, and they act this way in order to hide from any repercussions from their deceptive false advertising in their pricing plans, they promise you one thing for $99, then they bait and switch and try to charge you $350 for what the promised for $99, then they obfuscate and lie to try to get away with it, and hide behind their "policy"
