SCAM: This service simply does not work
This service simply does not work, they did not deliver on their promise and simply said "hey, we just send the letter, we cannot guarantee delivery".
My recourse was to pay them to send a second letter. Customer service could have resolved this easily, but chose not to.
Although everything else I have sent to the address has been successfully delivered, the extra $5 for them to fix this is over-ridden by their profit margin.
This is not a reputable business, avoid

I want all of our customers to find success with their services and documents. Unfortunately, we can't provide a refund or a second letter free of charge because - in this case - the software worked as intended. You were able to generate and send a demand letter to the address of your choice. It just so happens that the address was deemed undeliverable by USPS after they attempted delivery. We're happy to send another letter for you but we charge for this service as we have to pay for the shipping and labor associated with fulfilling your request.
