Didnt know it had received my item,only…
Didnt know it had received my item,only to email them to find it had been delivered, sent me a picture of it underneath the builders bucket who had previously done work at the house and had left apile of rubbish for the waste removal men to take by the time I knew it had been put under the bucket it was to late the rubbish had already been taken. Emailed them again had no response.

Apologies that your follow up email was missed. Obviously we didn't deliver this ourselves so are unaware as to whether it was underneath the bucket pictured, but we would be very happy to raise the issue with Royal Mail for you, as is the process for any item GPS tracked as delivered.
You absolutely should have had a further response and we will look into why this was missed, and we will ask Royal Mail to investigate.

Excellent customer service, I wanted a specific pair of sunglasses which were sold out so a very kind lady went to the stockroom to find a selection which looked as close as possible to the pair I wanted. She was going to send me photos of them so I could choose. However, whilst she was there, she found a pair of the original sunglasses I wanted! Saved the day as i needed them to replace my son-in-laws sunglasses which had been broken. She telephoned me with the good news and despatched them to arrive the next day. Perfect!
