Brilliant company
I bought some new door seals for my Mercedes Vario 814 (I bought Mercedes Sprinter MK1 from them because they're the same) and when I went to fit them they were too short. Website said 5.6 meters but they were 4.5, I knew it was a risk ordering the wrong vehicle but you can't get Vario seals anymore so thought I'd take a chance.
Tried calling customer service but was unable to get through so I used the web chat, I got a reply (human!) within the hour. I have to say I've not experienced customer service that good in decades, no arguing just super helpful and dispatched longer seals for me the next day and free return labels as well. They didn't have to do that as I had actually ordered a wrong part in theory, they just wanted to keep a customer happy.
Excellent quality product as well.
