Dear Mrs Sandra Langridge,

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were not fully satisfied with the part supplied. As explained when we contacted you, replacement seals can sometimes vary slightly in profile compared with the original, but they are made to fit correctly. It is also quite normal for the door to feel harder to close at first, as the seal often needs a short period to settle after installation.

As soon as we became aware of your concerns, we got in touch and offered all available options, including a return, replacement, or refund. We understand that you decided to keep and use the item, but we would still be very happy to offer any further support if needed. Please feel free to contact us directly at any time, and we will do our best to help.

Kind regards,
Genuine Motors UK Ltd
