useless app cannot tried without pay
SCAM ALERT - Avoid this company at all costs!
I cancelled my subscription within days of signing up and even went as far as deleting my account. Despite that, they have continued trying to take money from my card over a month later, multiple times a day.
I now have no access to my account, so I can’t even manage or stop anything myself, and their support is completely unresponsive. I’ve sent countless emails and even raised a formal complaint — still nothing. No reply, no resolution, just repeated payment attempts.
This has been an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience. No company should be attempting to charge customers after cancellation, especially when there’s no way to contact them or fix the issue.
Based on my experience, I strongly recommend staying well away. There are far better, more trustworthy services out there that don’t put you through this kind of situation.
Imposible to use, not waste your time
After 5 months using intensively Genspark, including jumping to Claw service, I realized that I`m not going to waste more money, time and effort to try to use this service. Imposible to get answers from his support to the dialy technical problems.
False Advertising: Paid for CLAW Promotion, didn't receive the 10,000 credits.
On April 1, 2026, I purchased the "CLAW" promotion on GenSpark for $19.99 USD. The promotion explicitly promised access to the tool plus a bonus of 10,000 credits.
My payment was processed successfully (Invoice ND4YA9FJ-0004 / Receipt 2310-6311. However, the 10,000 credits were NEVER added to my account. My balance is currently at zero, and I am unable to use the platform without being forced to buy even more credits, which completely defeats the purpose of the promotion I bought.
I contacted support but only received an automated message saying it could take up to a week for a reply. Taking the customer's money and not delivering the promised credits is unacceptable and constitutes false advertising. I demand my credits to be added immediately, or I will initiate a chargeback with my credit card company for services not rendered.
"Unlimited" is a lie they can change anytime without telling you
I subscribed to Genspark Plus specifically because of the "Unlimited AI Chat" feature. It genuinely delivered on that promise for a while — I was running 4+ parallel windows with heavy tasks all day, every day. Productivity was excellent.
Then, over the past few days, something changed. With zero announcement, zero email, zero update to the pricing page — the session limits got dramatically tighter. My workflow now gets cut off mid-task. The 5-hour reset exists, but what you're allowed to use within those 5 hours has been quietly reduced.
The deeper issue: Genspark's terms allow them to change these limits "at any time" to reflect "changes in demand and operating costs." In other words, they can sell you "Unlimited," collect your money, and then silently redefine what unlimited means whenever they want.
This is a textbook bait-and-switch. The word "Unlimited" has a meaning. If you're going to cap it with hidden, undisclosed, variable session windows — don't call it unlimited.
I've contacted support. If they restore the previous limits or provide a clear, public explanation of what the limits actually are, I'll update this review. Until then: buyer beware.
The product has real potential. The trust problem is what will kill it.
Poor billing and support
Indeed, I really like how powerful it is. It provides a lot of really nice features. In general, I really like it. The downside is that it is REALLY bad in the billing, and the non-existence customer service. I don't know how this company can be successful if the customer service is like crap. They over charge you ( I bought their annual plan, but they charged me double). I have to emailed them a few times before they finally credit me back. They will keep on using up credits (when even some of the features should be free). Just the lack of support/ clarity on how the credits are being used makes me turn away from this company/ I would likely not renew my subscription when the time comes.
Unimited AI chat is an utter LIE
Unimited AI chat is an utter LIE.
I purchased a yearly plan a couple of months ago. I decided to buy it because of the unlimited AI Chat claim which is a complete lie. Genspark has been applying AGRESSIVE limits for the past week that make the unlimited AI chats a joke.
For starters, I bought the license under FALSE unlimited claims. If you apply the aggressive 5-hour limit that you are applying, not only you are controlling the amounts of credits a user can use, but also making it unusable, The limit is so low that you can't use it for anything other than a few very basic prompts, that's it.
A complete SCAM, a waste of money and a deception. If Genspark has issues with capacity, then, fix them, but do not deceive users to FALSE claims of "unlimited".
Right now, due to the AGGRESSIVE AI limits, you are better off using a free platform, that would allow a higher number of tokens that a pro plan with Genspark.
Genspark
The prduct is I genuinely love the Genspark product — it’s powerful and has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the customer service experience has been the complete opposite. So I upgraded to the Teams plan for $60, I never received the full credits I paid for. After several attempts to get help, I eventually gave up and canceled.
Later, I paid an additional $30 for Genspark Claw, and when I ran out of credits over a week ago, I still couldn’t get a clear answer or a way to purchase more credits. The system simply wouldn’t allow me to add credits, and support never resolved the issue despite multiple attempts. In fact the instructions were wrong
It’s frustrating because the product itself is great — but without reliable support, it becomes unusable. I hope they improve this, because the potential is there.

I'm Pro user and daily im being hit…
I'm Pro user and daily im being hit with new limitations which are so extensive that i cant even finish one session worse it hits daily without any heads up
No response from support
No response from support. Looks like a great product on the surface, but there are serious issues. If support actually bothered to pay attention and do anything, it might have been salvageable. I sent a bug report and two messages to support.... crickets.
Subscription Cancellation
Although they promise that you can "unsubscribe" anytime. It will be impossible to cancel your subscription. I tried and they steal stole my money.
If I could only give them no star at all
If I could only give them no star at all (one star is already way too much). I liked the platform in the beginning but then I finished the credits and tried to upgrade the plan. That is when my nightmares begun. I continued to get error 403 no matter what I did (tried all the solutions indicated online, wrote to them but they never replied). In the end I decided to delete my account as their customer care and support is really bad. And, surprise-surprise, they continued to bill me even if my account was deleted. it seems that I haven to cancel the subscription separately even if my account is deleted. Too bad that I can't login anymore (though I receive the verification code via email to reset my password). This platform has one of the worst user experience and customer care I ever had in my life with a service provider. I sent them another email of course to solve my payment issue but I no reply yet. Stay away from them, there are other AI solutions that are better than this one and for sure have a better customer support (well, it's not difficult at all to have a better customer support than genspark)
They don't respond to emails and they don't issue refunds.
I purchased a Pro subscription 27 days ago, but I was not satisfied with the products and requested a cancellation and refund. On March 3rd, they said the refund was being processed, but no money has yet been credited to my bank account. I then sent two emails stating that the refund was not being processed, but received no response. This is definitely a scam company. I can never find anyone to talk to.
bad support
bad support, try to cancel my subscription for 2 weeks without respond
I can't use genspark most of the time because it's too buggy
I can't use genspark most of the time, because it's very buggy. Genspark is very buggy and most of the time there are errors. Support doesn't give me answers or credits back. I regret paying money to them for a year. Even if it was only $200, for a tool that isn't usable it's just too much.
not worthy
I paid for the monthly fee, and I had thought that I had unlimited use as it said, but after improving two slides, it asked me to upgrade, what?! I didn't even start from scratch, just enhancement. Then I contacted the support, never got any response
Monthly Credits last one day!
Genspark AI is a scam. Monthly Credits last just one day!
Genspark.ai is one of the most frustrating examples of wasted potential in the current AI wave.
At first, it genuinely feels like the future. The interface is slick. The outputs look impressive. The pitch is intoxicating: one prompt, multiple models, polished deliverables. You think you’ve found the tool that replaces half your workflow.
And then you actually try to use it.
What you quickly realize is that Genspark doesn’t fail loudly—it fails slowly, painfully, and expensively.
Tasks don’t complete. They stall. Indefinitely.
Simple requests—basic formatting, minor edits, even straightforward content generation—get trapped in loops where nothing finishes, nothing exports cleanly, and nothing behaves predictably.
Worse, you’re often still charged for the privilege of watching it fail.
Multiple users report the same pattern:
The system “takes ages” to generate outputs, often filled with errors
Tasks fail or loop while still consuming credits
Outputs are unusable, broken, or require full manual rework
The platform “creates more work than it solves”
That last point is the killer.
This isn’t just a buggy tool—it’s a productivity illusion. It sells speed, but delivers drag. It promises automation, but demands babysitting. It positions itself as an “AI agent,” yet routinely struggles with tasks that feel one step above copy/paste.
Even more concerning is the credit system. Users consistently describe it as opaque at best and predatory at worst—charging for failed attempts, retries, and incomplete outputs.
When a platform monetizes failure instead of results, trust erodes quickly.
And then there’s support—or the lack of it.
Complaints of nonexistent customer service, delayed responses, and unresolved billing issues are common enough to be a pattern, not an exception.
The end result?
Genspark feels like a demo that accidentally became a product.
It looks like a next-generation AI workspace.
It markets like a category-defining tool.
But in practice, it behaves like an unstable prototype that was pushed live too early—and is now quietly bleeding user trust.
The most frustrating part is that it didn’t start this way.
Early experiences—and even some current reviews—acknowledge that when it works, it can be genuinely impressive.
But that’s exactly what makes the decline so noticeable.
Genspark didn’t fail because it was a bad idea.
It failed because it became unreliable.
And in a category where speed and consistency are the entire value proposition, unreliable = unusable.
Right now, Genspark isn’t a productivity tool.
It’s a waiting room.
I cannot recommend Genspark.ai
I cannot, regrettably, recommend Genspark.ai Occasionally, it can produce deliverables (slides, video, images) of fair quality, but often simple tasks are faulty and their credit system is close to fraud (they have an exceptional fast consumption of credits, often with a high degree of faults or errors, which just forces you to use more credits to get it fixed. Having used it over 3 months it is just burning credits for the sake of burning credits (have written to them twice, but no reply). I have terminated my subscription.
Fraudulent practices
I could see very clearly that the design features were impressive and helpful so of course I subscribed for a monthly trial credit. When I went back in the next day to have it make edits and adjustments it ignored my request and seem to purposefully do things incorrectly that it was able to do perfectly the day before. Of course, I requested the fixes and each time it produced worse results to make sure that it could use up my 10,000 credits in one day just like everyone else said. I’m incredibly disappointed at the fraudulent nature of this company.
