Cannot draw easy landscape rendering
I loaded a photo of my backyard and a rendering from chatgpt, it continues to move plants randomly, leave out plants. paid 25 for no usable output
Unreliable service and fast credit loss
Hello,
I strongly advise against subscribing to this service. Credits are used up very quickly without any clear explanation.
Customer support is also nonexistent. I sent several emails to ask about this issue but received no response.
This lack of transparency is unacceptable. Based on my experience, the company is not reliable or professional. I recommend avoiding this service and being cautious.

Not a bad product, but I havent seen this level of deception since the early days of children's games racking up big bills

I used up all the credits in the Plus plan in just one day just to create a logo — that’s really expensive.
It’s not worth using this AI platform.

Dark patterns everywhere
Dark patterns everywhere and zero delivery of the promise. And force you to an annual plan to then reject refunds. Avoid, avoid avoid.
I've been using genspark for 2 months
I've been using genspark for two months.
The AI is strong ang can give you impressive result, on the other hand the credit consumption is erratic and the worst thing credits are consumed each time also if you get wrong result especially on image generation or pdf creation.
So what I can suggest is to subscribe only monthly plan unsubscribing as soon as possible to avoid automatic renovation and try to be good at first prompt in order to avoid subsequent request that will consume you a lot of credit and will often give you the same result without any change especially for images. Also saving thing inside their drive consume credit.
Awful support
Awful support, I paid full-year licence but wants me now to pay more... no response from support... Go to Claude!
Credit system makes the AI platform unusable
I tried using the AI platform Genspark and the credit system is extremely restrictive.
Almost every action consumes credits very quickly, which makes it difficult to properly test or use the platform.
Instead of helping users explore AI capabilities, the system constantly stops you because credits run out very fast.
AI tools should empower creativity and productivity, not limit users every few minutes.
This model creates frustration rather than productivity.
So much potential but ultimately it is…
So much potential but ultimately it is terrible. the presentations don't fit the deck so you spend a lot of time formatting it manually. the design is hit or miss. they charge you credits when their output is unusable. it is not a reliable piece of software unfortunately.
Serious Complaint Regarding Credit…
Serious Complaint Regarding Credit Depletion and Poor Service Quality
I am writing this to express my deep frustration and sense of betrayal regarding my experience with Genspark.
I purchased an annual subscription and went above and beyond to refer many new users to your platform, earning approximately 50,000 credits in addition to the 10,000 provided with the plan. To my absolute shock, within a single month, almost all of these credits vanished into thin air.
The most outrageous part is that the credits are deducted even when the actions fail. The video generation tool is a nightmare—charging nearly 1,000 credits for a single video that, more often than not, fails to produce an acceptable result or simply errors out. Watching the "Smart Agent" drain credits in real-time without delivering any tangible output is unacceptable.
I feel cheated. This is not just a technical glitch; it feels like a predatory business model that penalizes loyal customers. I am hearing similar horror stories from many colleagues and peers in my professional circle.
Consider this a clear message: I will never renew my subscription, and I have learned a very expensive lesson about committing to an annual plan with your company. Until there is a fundamental change in how you treat your customers and manage credit consumption for failed tasks, I—and many others—will actively recommend against using Genspark.
This is a complete breach of trust.
Genspark.ai is fabulous
Genspark.ai is fabulous. I couldn't found a better ai tool to generate infographics, documents and so on. Moreover video generation and all newest chatgpt, google gemini models can be used. The best AI suite I found so far
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
SO BAD I ASKED FOR A REFUND AFTER 3 HOURS. pAID FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION AND THEN JUST GOT ERRORS EVERY TIME I TRIED TO USE IT FOR HOURS I WASTRYING AND STILL NOTHING. ONTOP OF THAT THEY USED CREDITS BUT I DIDNT EVEN GET ANYHTING...... AVOID
Useless
Useless, used it to help with editing a design and it made me pay after advertising as free
Don't waste your time
Don't waste your time. Save your hard-earned money. As others have said in their reviews, the "unlimited AI Chat and AI Image generation across top-tier models like GPT-5.2, Claude Opus 4.5, and Gemini 3 Pro" are all lies. And let's not even get into the customer support (or lack there of). Beware, be smart, shop around and spend your dollars on other programs that value their customers.
Claims Unlimited use of Ai…
Claims Unlimited use of Ai conversational agent but stopped chat after 2 messages saying limit reached. The button still continues to claim UNLIMITED USE when you hover over it. Cant get any stupider than not being able to describe your services. Will continue to use Claude exclusively on the paid plan.
No Value for Money
The platform performs adequately for basic tasks, but it falls short when handling more advanced requirements. It tends to generate PowerPoint workflows based on its own internal logic rather than closely following detailed instructions, which limits precision and control. There are also recurring technical issues — for example, when uploading a revised version of a file, the system often retrieves the original version from cache instead of recognizing the updated file. This creates unnecessary friction and undermines workflow efficiency.
In addition, the design flexibility is quite restricted. The tool appears to rely on a narrow set of predefined templates and does not adapt well to custom formatting or specific structural requests. If a user needs a tailored layout or a distinct visual style, the output rarely aligns with expectations.
Overall, the experience feels below average. The pricing is higher than alternatives such as Copilot, Gemini, or ChatGPT, yet the functionality remains relatively basic. The subscription model is another concern: the included credits are typically exhausted within three to four days of normal usage, and once depleted, users must wait an entire month for renewal. Even then, the refreshed credits often last less than a week under standard workload conditions. Considering the cost, the limited capability and restrictive credit system make the value proposition difficult to justify.
The spark word is not meant for you.
The spark word is not meant for you. "Dumb" is best suited for your AI. The worst i have ever seen. It took ages to make a PPT from a very detailed content and most of the content in PPT was wrong based on Genspark's assumptions. Every slide had mistakes, images were cut from down edge. Unable to rectify the mistakes.
Unusable for professional work, basic tasks fail, credits consumed on errors
I subscribed to Genspark expecting a professional AI tool that could reliably follow specific instructions.
Within just a few hours, it became clear the platform is not usable for real work.
The system repeatedly failed on extremely basic tasks such as left-justifying a column, preserving existing text while making small layout changes, removing a single element, or keeping structure intact while adjusting placement.
These were not complex workflows.
Despite giving very explicit, step-by-step instructions, the tool consistently:
• Ignored alignment requests
• Changed content I asked to keep
• Added elements I asked to remove
• Duplicated logos
• Returned incomplete or broken layouts
• Required multiple retries for the same task
• Consumed credits even when outputs were clearly unusable
Instead of saving time, I spent hours correcting the AI and re-explaining simple requirements.
Credits were drained while the platform failed to produce usable results.
What’s most frustrating is that Genspark markets itself as an autonomous agent capable of handling complex workflows across design, docs, and layouts.
In practice, it cannot execute basic instructions with precision.
I canceled within hours because it created more work than it solved.
I’ve requested a refund.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product to anyone using it for professional or operational work.
