Single Task at a Time Helps to Get Experience

From my online serach i found company's website and sent my property details for the Gas Safety Certificate.
Within next two days, received an email and click the link.
Requested for three tasks
1. Gas Safety Certificate
2. Energy Performance Certificate EPC
3. Electrical Installation Condition Report EICR

Accordingly for each task, started receiving phone call from the actual technical engineer.

The problem i faced, each engineer was giving me the testing/assessment date according to their own time table. For me it was not easy to find one or two days when all engineers will have their empty work slots for completing the task.
I had to call my tenant and ask them every probable appointment date and time. It is also annoying for me i) to take off from my work, so that either myself or the tenant is available at home).
Sometimes the working slot is am or pm not given a fix two hours slot. That created more time management problem.
The initial task booking system should asked me my availability or the number of days and AM or PM hours i may be available.
The best thing would be not the give more than one task at a time.
As i have given three tasks --first week two tasks on two different days. Second week another tasks combined.

Second issue:
After completing each task, i have received email notifying me how to access those reports. Each email is related to respective task with an order ID. But after several attempts i could not get all the test certificates. Out of three, i could get two certificates. Of course, using laptop was easier than accessing by mobile. I am not giving full 5 stars because one test report was not uploaded. There was a technical error. Out if those three task, EPC report was uploaded twice. Tge Gas Safety Certificate was not uploaded like the other two tasks.
Third issue:
The EPC test result was already available until 2035. I could have saved cost £65 and journey time andbyour (from my work place to my home). We could save that by not doing the test again. The engineer while discussing the job and offering me the time, he or she could tell me there is already a valid test available online for this property. Unfortunately i learned that from experience.

Satisfied customer

After initial disappointment with cancelled appointments you quickly made arrangements for a new Engineer who was nothing but superb . Arrived on time, explained everything in detail and was so help with tips and advice. Well done to Antony

Would definitely recommend

Prompt and timely communication and service. Even contacted me to notify me that I'd paid twice and are refunding me the payment I made by mistake. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Horrible experience and total waste of time.

The engineer attended a day late for a double boiler safety certificate job I had stressed was urgent. He refused to talk to me when I phoned during the job to ensure he had been instructed correctly, then left half the job undone. I made a dozen phone calls to customers service, over 2 days, to try to get the job finished. He then accused me of only booking for a single boiler (which I did not), and alleged that the house was split in 2 (which it is not). He refused to return to finish the job, and I was sent a refund instead, a week after paying for the job I had stressed was urgent. It was a horrible experience, and I will never use the company again!

Drawn out service

Got the certificates sorted, but it was a very drawn out process. Communication was poor, this could be improved by appointment confirmations. I wouldn't use this service if you are in a particular rush for the work.
