Asked them to send my certificate by email as their link isn't working and not heard anything back again. Communication from them is poor

The guy who did the actual survey was spot on i cant fault him at all. Its the company that seems poor

Kiran was polite and professional. only downside was that I wasn't told my property exceeded the sq mt limit therefore I had to pay an additional payment to get the results otherwise I was happy with the service.

Awful service - awaiting refund.

Booked and paid for an EPC on Friday at 4pm.
Called Monday afternoon for update - call centre said they would ask the assessor for an appointment date and get back to me within an hour. No response.
Left next day to give them their requested 24-48 hours turnaround time.
Called Wednesday morning for an update - assessor was busy but they would speak to him URGENTLY and call me back within an hour. Nothing.
6 hours later phoned back - on hold for 30minutes. Call center finally phoned him - he is far too busy and won't come for at least 3 weeks.

He SURELY knew that on the Monday already, so either the call centre never spoke to him, or he is an unreliable assessor.

Either way, now waiting for a full refund, and in the meantime might very well have lost my mortgage offer and have to start again.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!

My complaint got sorted

My certificate now is the correct one for my property so I'm satisfied this as been sorted. Accidents can happen it's just frustrating for the people waiting results.
