I use my F/F in conjunction with my studies. I run a Fungus Group which relies on collections from the field and, with the aid of a microscope, identify and record the species we find. My purchase from Garden Sanctuary gives me all I need. I couldn’t be more happy with the service, price and the speed of delivery.

Purchased a Wowcher for a plastic shed I was hoping it would be a decent one.
I had to contact the company as I had no acknowledgement from them , but as soon as I did I was kept up to date and the shed was delivered the same day , I am very pleased with the service and product.

We purchased a triple bin storage in September, and it was delivered undamaged in two parts. Each delivery was notified well in advance and I had options if no one was in. On inspection of the parts, I found none to be missing or damaged, but I will admit the quality wasn't the best. It doesn't feel like particularly strong wood, and I would imagine any decent amount of pressure could cause it to break. I have not confirmed this, but that's the feeling I got.
Anyway, my main issue was the instructions, they were basic at best. Six diagrams, so small in detail that I had to squint to see them, with far too much information to take in, to build quite a big bit of kit. The product list was comprehensive but a less dense version of instructions should be considered. It took us a few attempts to make sense of some parts and how they went together.
One assembled the item looks lovely, but when you remove the strut to put your bin inside, the sides wobble and things don't line up anymore.
Overall we are happy with it, but the old saying, you get what you pay for, definitely holds true. If this is what your budget can get you, it's worth it, but if you can save a bit more to get something sturdier, I would recommend that option.
We had no need for customer support, so I can't answer to that side.

Item ordered and was received very quickly , nothing wrong with the final product but people should be warned that the instructions are poor and screws are of poor quality .You also need good technical ability, my husband is a mechanic and it took him 3 solid tedious hours to put together

The 2 identical items (round veg storage tower) arrived and the first tower rubs. I should have read the returns policy, because returns are not Free! I'm not bothering to open the second tower. I would like to return but can't seem to get my head round the return and I don't want to pay for my return.

Excellent wall mounted electric fire and the logs and flames make the room look more homely.
Quick and trusting delivery and we were kept well informed in the transition.

Total shambles. I ordered a self assembly wooden Garden gate as shown on their website. The item I received was already assembled. The item was clearly advertised with having hinges, screws and a lock included, these items were all missing. An operative at the Garden Sanctuary offered me £10 as a goodwill gesture, however each hinge costs £7 at a well known DIY supplier, not forgetting the cost of the screws and lock which were missing from my order. I countered their offer saying that I would accept £20 refund which would be reasonable but even so the £20 would not cover the total costs of the missing items. No response at the time of posting this review.It will be too expensive for me to return the gate to Garden Sanctuary, as per their returns policy.
I sent a complaint by email setting out my preferred course of action to remedy my complaint regarding the missing item. I am seeking legal action under consumer rights legislation.
As for the delivery, another shambles. I received an email stating that the garden gate would be delivered on Monday, with a time slot between 8 am and 6pm. I waited in all day and no delivery, a total waste of my day. The gate was eventually delivered on the Thursday at 2pm, fortunately I was at home and was able to take delivery.
All in all following my personal experience this company should be avoided at all costs. A total shambles from start to finish including their delivery contract. As the old saying goes "Buyer Beware! "

They are the worst company to deal with. Inadequate product quality and then starts the scam. 56£ to return the product back. The value of the product is 120

After ordering a fan ceiling light recently, I posted a negative review as it did not work. However after the electrician checked the main electric switch, the problem was sorted. Hence a lovely ceiling fan/light that works perfectly. Sorry for the first negative review.

I wanted to get away from a plastic garden storage box, and thought a metal one would be a great alternative. Unfortunately every piece was vacuum sealed in plastic!!! If I'd known this I wouldn't of brought it, and would of found something more environmentally friendly.

They are very nice just not suitable to put anything heavy.

Great communication. Speedy delivery from garden sanctuary. The product - I got this to use indoors over winter. I would ignore the age range for this product as I can’t see it lasting a 3 yr old personally! But A lovely little item for my 7 month old grandchild. We hold him on the slide and he loves the swing. I would say realistically he may get a year out of it. It was very easy to put together. It is lightweight so you need to watch your kids when they’re on it. If you swing it too high it will move and possibly go over. Don’t leave your kids alone. But great item for the price.

Really impressed with this product, Very easy to assemble with all the necessary screws and allan key provided. Nice piece of storage equipment to use in the shed.

Good service and quick delivery. Took a while to assemble but the result is a good looking, sturdy and waterproof box. Just a hint - make sure that when you connect the lock lever (part B2), that the part number is showing outwards. We initially put it on the wrong way round and couldn’t figure out why it wouldn’t work!

I ordered a cycle storage unit for our son. But forgot to change the delivery address.
Garden Sanctuary were very helpful and tried to get it re-directed. Whilst the re-direction did not work the fact the delivery company could not find our address meant it went back to Garden Sanctuary and was delivered correctly to our son in Glasgow.
The storage unit was great but needed a few extra screws and they got this all sorted in not time at all. Excellent customer service and a great product

Item arrived quickly in good condition. The instructions were straightforward and it went together well.
I wondered if it would be strong enough (I’m using it to house my large collection of cookery books in the kitchen to keep them clean behind the acrylic doors).
It has proved to be up to the task, works and looks great.

I really like the fire we purchased. So many different colours and temps to choose from. Heats up the room super quick. Good delivery times. Have ordered the wisteria here before,faux flower vines. Also really great quality. All in all I've got nothing but positive things to say of the company.
