Awful experience!!! Why do they discuss one amount and once you've given all your banking details and the payment goes through successfully, you suddenly discover that two payments have been taken - without permission. That is theft!!!
In trying to unsubscribe and cancel, I kept getting AI generated confirmations on the subscription. Once I started sending harsh messages, I got a human named Paula, Escalation Team Management who immediately did and confirmed the cancellation and also confirmed that my money will be deposited back into my banking account. I'm now anxiously awaiting the money into my account.

Very bad experience u r only fraud

GAMEGOGAME is not something I have signed up to yet for some reason keep trying to steal over £30 out of my account. Luckily, I had just opened a new account, one i do not have money in all time but opened to use when bying somthing off a site I am not too sure of. Now, I have only used this account once, when entering an online competition for smiths, toys shop. To win a water slide, all we had to do was pay £1.75 postage. I actually googled the competition which told me it was safe, so proceeded to do so. Since doing that GAMEGOGAME has been trying to take several different amounts of money out said account on a regular basis. DO NOT TRUST THEM. REPORT THEM FOR ONLINE THEIFT AND SCAMMERS!!!!

Professional and handle matters in timely fashion

Got subbed in a scammy way, contacted them multiple times and only after a very bad customer service, and a lot of back and forth mails and tickets asking them to stop my subscription which they didn’t want to at first, and they tried hard to keep it going on.. they accepted to unsubscribe me…
2 months later they send me a mail saying they decided to refund me UNDER one condition, only if I leave a positive review on Trustpilot and then I have to reply to their mail with the screenshot of the positive review. Like whaaaat? You f serious ? You tell people you’re refunding them ONLY if they leave positive review after all the shitty customer service that you by the way ‘’don’t really provide’’ ???... you actually can go f yourselves. I don’t want your refund under those conditions. You can keep the damn money..
