Awful went to put the bed up and one of the screws would not catch so didn’t even get started as have to drill it then missing some of the parts so now had to order bits on Amazon to enable us to finish putting it up tomorrow. Would not recommend. Wanted to surprise my little girl for when she got home but now surrounded by boxes and a bed we cannot put up!

Bought a console table from this company, a bit worried as it was a flat pack, honestly so easy to put together, happy that the company took the package away, happy to have paid for this service, the guys called me one hour before delivery, so awesome service

Great table and bench .
Extending the table is easy to do.
Putting it together was straightforward, although when I saw how the legs were attached I did wonder why they didn’t slot into the gap, but rather had to be screwed onto the outside of the gap whilst held in place.
Also, the table top felt quite rough to the finish.
But all in all, I am very pleased with my purchase

Really pleased with my Gainsborough triple wardrobe. It arrived quickly, within the delivery window given, and was assembled for me as part of the premium delivery service. The wardrobe itself is beautiful, feels very solid and has a great combination of hanging space, shelving and drawers. It looks fantastic in my bedroom and I’m really happy with my purchase. It is not easy for an elderly lady on her own to try to get a substantial piece of furniture out of an enormous box and the to dispose of said box. Unpacking the item would have been a huge help

Really pleased with furniture
Really pleased with furniture, it really is good quality, good communication from Furniture .co.uk. The only fault was one of the delivery drivers, the tall man was so pleasant and extremely helpful, he helped to get 5 boxes in the house and told us the best way to unpack furniture, the other guy hardly spoke and just left boxes at front door and walked away, even though i was struggling. I would buy again from this company, lovely furniture at good prices.

Clear website. Helpful customer service. Different levels of service for delivery with the option for the delivery team to put together the table and chairs and take away the packaging, which was helpful. Very happy with my dining table and chairs which are very solid and match the Florence truffle coffee table and tv stand I already have- I asked if the company could match the table top with my existing furniture( a picture which I supplied).
