Parcel arrived timely as scheduled. Tracking system was accurate and easy to follow. Drives were friendly and helpful - I asked if the heavy item could be placed in the back garden and both drivers were happy to do this. Thank you and highly recommend Furdeco parcel service and buying with Range/payments with Klarna. All interconnected well - communication and customer service 5/5 ! Top class.

Friendly and helpful.
Two guys were very helpful. Delivered the large sofa to the room of our choice which was at the bottom of the garden. They were friendly and spoke to our 3 year old grandson. All in all a good service.

Incomplete delivery- where the driver was quite rude and lied to our faces saying that the order was only 4 boxes not 5 as it stated on the boxes. Now we are days later trying to chase the rest of our order. Awful service - from “delivery” to “customer service” 😡
