Dit duidt zonder twijfel op kennis van de schade bij hen. Ik probeer hen al drie dagen te bereiken op verscheidene manieren, maar zij geven geen gehoor. Zij wachten zeker tot mijn recht op herroeping verlopen is. Europeanen, u bent gewaarschuwd, koop niet bij frauduleus fun.be! I, too, regret purchasing the Christmas tree I had been looking for for so long from this webstore. They sent me a damaged article in a box that had been opened and taped shut multiple times with various types of adhesive tape. This undoubtedly is evidence of prior knowledge on their part of the damage to the artificial tree. I have been trying to contact them for three days now via different channels to no avail. They are most likely waiting for my right to reclamation expires. Europeans, beware! Do not buy from frauduleus fun.be! Lamentablemente también compré de esta tienda en línea (un árbol Navideño que estaba buscando por muchísimo tiempo). Me mandaron un artículo dañado en una caja también dañada previamente y sellada con diferentes cintas adhesivas. Esto ciertamente indica que saben del daño. Hace tres días empezé contactarlos de varias maneras pero no respondieron, ni una vez. .. its one of the nonsense website with several items (u get one what we have in stock) so if u cant keep a record of your inventory and know what u sell i suggest the management should maybe start a bakery instead and no online sales. order 1 item listed seperatly and one other with other picture.. didnt notice the writting:u get what one random from stock.. anyone with the smallest braincells in sales if u clearly ordered 1 specific item and then another line in order form that includes several options.. then u want 2 different. otherwise u would have ordered 2x first article. and guess what.. i received 2x the same..... jesus.. if u can not swim dont jump in the sea.. thats to the management of this shops... get your act togehter.. i dont blame workers.. i blame the useless strategy of this.. and thats leadership... so to all if u find it in other places for a few euros more... DONT take the risk and buy here.. save yourself a headache
