I bought 5 different pair or sets of…
I bought 5 different pair or sets of underwear (bh with pants) for my daughter yesterday at fun in Olen. The shop assistant did not explain to me at the counter at payment, that if it does not fit it can not be returned or products with discounts can't be returned, since they were discount products. I brought them home She tried them on and some we're too small. I decided to bring them back for a change today, only to be told underwears are not changeable in Belgium shops. I said it is a lie and also it doesn't make any sense because even if I try it on there in the shop and it doesn't fit I can still change and try another till I fit into what passed better. Just like clothing. So it is niet here nor there. And the superviser was just not friendly to explain anything, wasting my time and Fuel for nothing. In this era where times are difficult. Other shops are trying to be customer friendly to win clients and you are doing the opposite. Too bad. Other customers must watch out. Thank you.
