Excellent service and great on price.
I've used Frankly Flooring twice now and they have been excellent. The price is good. The next day delivery is great. The communication about the dispatch and delivery service is also very good. My experience with Flankly Flooring has been excellent. I have have another flooring job coming up soon and I will use them again... they are my new "go to" supplier.

only picked one star as couldn't go any lower. order something from them left it a week had no confirmation of when delivery was going to be, emailed a few times and didn't hear a thing from them so then I just requested a refund as got item elsewhere. Dont waste your money

Cost over £9 for delivery for a small £15 parcel that was told 5/7 days to deliver. Took 14 days to arrive. Need to change your delivery contractor. Cost me a weeks work as i was working away.

False advertising
Advertised a bed and after placing the order, waited 2 days before emailing to advise it was no longer being made. This clearly indicated that it was not in stock. Very poor customer experience.

Catalogue of disasters. After my initial enquiry and payment for flooring I ended up waiting over 4 weeks for my flooring. Their outsourced delivery company is a joke and their customer service is flaky, never really resolving anything. I would not use this company again despite their good value pricing.
