I can highly recommend Floor Land to anyone who is looking for new floors. Floor Land have recently fitted new wood floor and new underlay and carpet for us. They have been fantastic to work with throughout the entire process; from the initial visit to the new store, the home visit for measuring, through to the actual fitting and the communication in between all of this. Huge thanks to Lee and all the team for their professional approach and hard work.

Poorly packaged damaged sample. Complaint not acknowledged.

The 'free' sample (which I paid for) was poorly packaged.

I wanted to evaluate the sample but the edges were damaged so I asked for a refund or replacement sent in a more secure way.

The company did not bother responding - whatever happens, they will not get my order when I buy

Found the laminate flooring we wanted in a big well known store, but it was too expensive... then found the exact same one with Floorland much cheaper! Delivery was really quick, only a couple of days, and they kept in touch to tell me when. Delivery lads really nice & helpful, and even took away an old pallet we wanted to get rid of. Couldn't fault them on anything, excellent. Highly recommend!

Really fast delivery and good price for AGT laminate flooring. Some planks were damaged but we ordered more as there is always waste. Waiting for last order. Overall really happy with the service.
