Poor customer service…
Overall the frames I purchased are good value but I wouldn’t use Framesplus again or recommend them. The item turned up damaged and it was not damaged in transit because it was packed well and no marks on the box so they’ve knowingly sent it damaged. They’ve used delaying tactics in responding to me, said they have sent a replacement which hasn’t arrived and now aren’t responding to my messages so buy from this company at own risk and don’t expect any resolution to fault or damaged items.

Frame arrived damaged, no response from Framesplus
My frame arrived damaged, most likely during transit so it's not necessarily the seller's fault. The frame itself does seem of good quality. I promptly sent pictures of it to FramesPlus just to know they were out of business until Mid January 2023, a 2 month break!
Now I have yet to receive any response from them of any sort...
Moral of the story I'm left with a decent frame which is too bent to be used

1 star for early despatch / delivery. I received a larger sized frame than ordered so emailed FramesPlus. Waited and waited, and still waiting. They asked me to review the product - I said I might be more inclined when they got back to me about wrong size received. Still no reply. Now asked to review the company - so this is it. Customer services non existent. Pity.

The frame back is too big for the frame. And so the frame has a crack in two places and is not likely to last very long.
Great selection and sizes
Great selection and sizes. I bought the perfect size frame for the poster I had. Very well packaged. I’m sure I’ll use them again
Cheap & chearful
The frames are okay, they do the job, the right size for the pictures ive got. Although I ordered the same frame, 2 slightly different sized frames came. Can't really complain because they were cheap. The paper wrapping is coming off in the corners. As I said, cheap and cheerful, you can't really expect anything more/less for £7.50 each.
