Not a good first impression at all

I have emailed these guys a bunch of times regarding my order 9006549, which got delayed since first week of August. And now I have been charged twice !!, I have been emailing & calling but now nobody is returning my call back & the bank has confirmed ive been charged twice.!

Someone needs to get there department back in shape.

We actually got in touch several times via email, you didn't tell me anything about this.

I see you haven’t been charged twice. There’s one and only payment from your side on order #9006549, its concerning authorization number is 127038.

If you see two charges, you should have two concerning authorization numbers (or maybe you placed another order with a different name or a different email address?) .

Kindly check with your bank and let us know if really there are two authorization numbers and if yes let us know the exact six digits numbers, so that we can eventually double-check with our payment gateway.

If authorization number is one only, it can only be a mistake from your bank and you should check with them,

My experience is the same as Mr. Young. I ordered 12 August for my wife's birthday to be told that expected delivery date was 5 September. Still nothing has been delivered and nobody has replied to my subsequent chasing emails. Nobody answers the telephone. There is a constant and repeating message which ultimately switches to a request to ring back later. Is Fotrzieri going busy.;

Thought I was buying from a reputable company?

Seen a though this is the only place people seem get a reply from this disastrous company I thought I would put everything forward from here.
This is now the third message regarding my order 9008926 which was placed on the 8/24/2019.
When the order was placed it clearly stated that the item was due for delivery the first half of September.
We are now on the September 13th and the ordered item is still listed as processing.
So even if the item was put out for shipping today I would not receive it until the second half of the month.
The ordered item was for my daughter to return to school with. So has you can imagine she is very upset still to have not received it by the stated time.
I’m finding myself getting more and more frustrated in your incompetence and lack of customer service support.
So I will now ask again for the third time. When will I receive my order 9008926.

Since posting this review I did manage to gain contact with the company.
Although they wasn’t able fulfill my order in the stated time given. They were able to keep me posted on how my order was progressing. In the end I did ask for a refund as I couldn’t wait any longer. Which did show in my paid account straight away As pending.
Alex Baronio I have to mention you as the correspondence between myself and you was in fact quick and responsive.and you’re a great asset to the customer service department in your company.
Maybe I was to quick to judge this company. They wasn’t able to fulfill my order this time. But I would definitely order from them again in the future.

Ordered an item for my partners…

Ordered an item for my partners birthday (9009183), I was initially informed that there would be a delay (making it late) and have had no further information even though this was meant to be shipped out already. Extremely disappointed with the service.

Will not buy anything from this site EVER!

Hi, I woke up today to find a request from Pay Pal for a payment. Turns out someone from their staff made an order for me while I was literally sleeping. All because I was googling gucci sunglasses yesterday, created an account on Forzieri, and added Gucci sunglasses into a shopping bag and then literally left the site.lol
In the email received today they called it ‘incomplete order’ and wanted the payment for it. What a joke!!! Seriously!!!! What a way of making business.
Can’t add the screenshots but copied the time and details below. Order created 6:47:18 AM UK time.

9/8/2019 6:47:18 AM 9011349 £394.00 Cancelled » details

PayPal request received at 8:26am through the app for £394 for the payment for above order which I declined obviously as I never c/ out or submitted or entered my credit card details to confirm a purchase. AS WE NORMALLY DO IN THE UK.

PS I shop online a lot and this happened first time ever. Other websites/ companies send you a reminder about your shopping bag if there are items in it, not the Pay Pal request for the payment!!

Hello,
we'd like to reply to customer Jurgita Viselga-Wilcock.
What she writes is not true, she placed the order #9011349 (from her IP 90.194.59.119 ) on September 8th at 12:47 UK time (6:47 as per order confirmation received from customer is a GMT-4 time,US time, where our servers are located - if she was literally sleeping at 12:47, well, great for her 😀) selecting credit card as payment method but actually not completing payment.
Since she didn't complete payment, we put order on hold for 48 hours in order to keep item reserved for her, sent her an email telling so and sent her a PayPal link in order to make it easier and quicker for her to complete payment if she wished to do so.
She wrote to us saying she didn't place the order and that she didn't want to pay for it.
We said no problem and we just cancelled the order as requested.
Let me remind her that the PayPal link is not and cannot be a charge, it's just a money request, that customer can pay if she wants to complete an order or simply ignore or refuse if she doesn't.

Placed an order (ref. 9006833)

Placed an order (ref. 9006833) on 11 Aug'19 but until now the status is still under "processing". I was informed that items will be shipped on 2 Sep'19 few days after placing my order. I wrote back to tell them about my disappointment with the delays and I haven't heard from them since then. The customer service is almost non-existent. Today is already 3 Sep'19 and there is still no update from them..
[Update] After writing my review here, I managed to get a response from their customer service. I was told that items will not be available until 3 weeks later and they offered to cancel my offer for me which I appreciated. Decided to add one star for their follow up action.

Bad experience – won't be using this service again

I finally received a refund for this order after several weeks of dealing with their team. All my calls to the support line, and several of my emails to them from the website went unanswered. After I posted on TrustPilot I finally received some help, and eventually, a refund.

Initial issue:

I ordered Nicholas Kirkwood shoes for my wedding on July 20 – received an initial order confirmation but haven't heard a peep since.

It's been THREE weeks and I have received no update as to whether or not this is even coming. But of course my credit card was charged the moment I made the purchase.

I called VISA today to issue a charge back on this purchase after trying to contact the customer services via multiple channels -- the website email form twice, called and left several messages (literally no one answers this line)

Thoroughly disappointed. I've never received service like this when buying such a high end product. I'm taking my money elsewhere to a trusted site.

we'd like to reply to customer Shannon Fox from Toronto, ON.
We're sorry she didn't have a positive experience with us.
She placed an order in date 20/07/2019, for an item nc430419-020-05 clearly and publicly listed on our site as a pre-order, with delivery within the end of August.
That's kind of right she didn't receive any update, it was written also in her order confirmation email that item would have been ready to ship by the end of August.
In date August 21st she contacted us asking to cancel the order.
Order was cancelled on August 22nd and same day refund was issued on her Visa card.
Concerning her "missed" calls, let me remind her that our offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am till 5:30 pm ITALIAN time.

i purchased a bag on this website, ooooohhh my god! this luxury bag wrapped in a good box, but after i opened it, i could connect the strap with my the bag! i thought i just need instruction on YouTube, so finally i found out that missing two connect rings! I E-MAIL them over 8 times, nobody reply! after I FIGURED OUT THE ITALIAN TIME, they finally answered my phone . I told them i want to return it! they want me sent the pictures and then give answer! after another two days, they send me an email said that they can send me rings! and want me confirm the ADDRESS, now one week past, no reply again! i call them this morning, they said will send me the rings after two days and no tracking number! will take 15 days! but i alreday told them last week i am leaving this address! i have so many questions? why they DON'T return my order! why they COULDN'T send the ring out ASAP after they made such stupid mistake?

I am a new customer to FORZIERI.

I recently made two orders both over $500 and yesterday I saw 20% off sale orders over $325 on the FORZIERI website.

Since both orders are very recently made and I haven't even received the second order yet, can FORZIERI actually apply this offer to my two orders please? I will really appreciate that.

First time buying from this store and…

First time buying from this store and to be honest i was a bit hesitant because of the negative reviews on this site.
Yet i placed my order and the service i got was excellent, really fast shipping (Ordered Monday-received Wednesday), great communication and beautifull packaging.
This won't be my last order so keep up the good work!

Shopping in Italy...

I recently ordered two leather bags for a Television production in Vancouver Canada. We are very pleased with the bags.
THE QUALITY IS OUTSTANDING.
The international ordering and shipping was new to me. The customer service department was very helpful and extremely patient with all my phone calls and emails. They were open to shipping the bags with our FedEx account when a lot of companies will not.

Great place for number of reasons.

Previously I ordered a pair of Santoni shoes without knowing anything of the negative reviews. After I received those I found myself making two more shoe orders and with one additional excellent women's bag for the wife. All products are in highest quality and are genuine brands. One of my orders were set back for restock and with help of lovely CS representative "Stefania" they refunded the shipping cost immediately as a form of polite apology. I understand that some would have bad experience with this e-shop however in my experience I found them brilliant in many aspects. Extremely fast shipping, competitive prices, highest quality selection of goods, thoughtful packaging with fragrance touch and with very friendly (prompt responding) CS. Will definitely come back for more purchases in future. This is my personal experience please don't feel I'm pushing anyone to do anything. We all 'buyers' must always be careful with online purchases even when dealing with highest rated e-stores.

Poor customer service. Discount code not applied. Order still processing.

I applied discount code XS741 at checkout to receive 40% off my order however the discount was not applied and I was charged full price. This was not my fault so I have emailed customer service and have not received a response and I have called the Customer Service number many times but no-one answers. Very bad customer service.

My order has been processing for the last 5 days. I would like to know when my item will be shipped as the website states: For delivery: 2nd half of July. I have paid extra for express shipping. Can you please advise me of when I can expect this item? I paid extra for express shipping.

Again, I have tried to reach customer service countless times. No RESPONSE. NOTHING.

My order number 9002825

If these issues are fixed I will leave a more positive review, but so far this has been a bad and stressful experience from the moment I placed the order and didn't receive the 40%off, to not being able to reach customer service, to my order still processing. Very bad customer service. I just want my discount and my bag.
