DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I don’t even know where to begin… this company has literally brought my heart problems back and I’m out hundreds of dollars. That should sum it up.
Bad customer service
I placed an order on the 11th March and the website states will be shipped in 3 days. I paid £12 for express delivery but the order was not shipped until the 18th March. I tried to contact customer services in UK but got no response, phone calls and emails were ignored.I emailed Italy numerous times and was eventually told on the 15th March my order would be shipped on the 18th March. No apologies from Forzieri. I will not shop there again.

Not Able to use my Store Credits!
I have store credits in my accounts from previous return, but Forzieri does not allow me to use my credits!!! I contacted the store in Nov 2023, and they replied me that Forzieri was acquired by a new owner on 02/28/2023, L.A. Sartoria Soc.Coop., and still wait for reply from the previous owner. But until today, I still cannot use my store credits!
They never inform me that the owner was changing, or I need to use my credits before the acquisition! They literally stole my money!
They are sincere.

They responded sincerely to any questions we had, and we were able to deliver the products to our Japanese customers without any problems.
They were willing to work with us and were very helpful.
First Experience with Forzieri
Our two daughters spent a week in Paris in the early part of November. We asked one to pick up a Christmas gift for us to give the other one while there. The daughter came back with a red Lancaster Purse and a matching wallet. My wife was mesmerized with the gift and stated she would love to have one in black.
I went online looking for a Lancaster purse. I found what she wanted and ordered it on November 14, 2023. Somehow Forzieri got the order. I wasn't familiar with the company but placed and paid for the order anyway.
When I was reconciling the November charges on my credit card statement, I noted the charge. It had been two weeks since the order was placed and three weeks until Christmas.
I sent and email to Forzieri noting the above and asked for a response. In less than two days, I received a response apoligizing for the delay. They said the order had been delayed in shipping and they would upgrade the courier service to ensure I the order would be received by December 19th. The order was receved on the 14th. It was then that I learned it was shpped from Italy. Forzieri kept me informed all along the way.
On Christmas day, my wife was thrilled when she opened the gift. Whereas Forzieri substituted a wallet to match and informed me as such, she was
just as happy to get what was selected. Thank you Forzieri.
My handbag is perfect!
Forzieri made it so simple to place an order for a stunningly beautiful The Bridge leather handbag. It is my second handbag. The quality of the leather, workmanship, style, packaging, etc. is excellent! Wait time for the arrival of the product was very reasonable and as expected. I will certainly purchase from Forzieri again!
Shipping
I placed my order on 8th of November, plenty of time till Christmas. It took them 3 weeks to prepare 1 item and hand it over to the courier. I still did not recieve my order (today is 22nd of December). Communication with the customer is horrible. They promised me that I will get my parcel before Christmas but I can see that it is impossible. And now they do not answer to any of my emails.
I edited my review because I cannot reply to their reply. So let’s clear the air for the people because now you made me look like a liar which I am not.
4 days ago (on 13th of January) they wrote to me after 3 weeks of ignoring and asked me to delete this review because they delivered item on time as promised. I answered that I am not going to do that because it was not their merit that the item was delivered on 24th of December. The delivery time on their site is 5-10 days. My order took 46 days. Does 46 days look like 5-10 days?
Yes item was delivered on 24th of December but because I was very lucky, not because Forzieri did something to help me. I was lucky my post office worked on that day. Because 95% of post offices in Lithuania did not work on 24th of December. I traveled to post office because I saw that my parcel is in Lithuania and asked postal worker if it is possible to get my order. She said that it is impossible because it is probably somewhere in the warehouse and I will probably get it on 28th or 29th of December. And just because the lady saw how frustrated I looked she decided to help me and looked for my parcel for almost an hour.
If I had waited for post to deliver my order and not looked for it for myself I would have got it only on 28th or 29th of December. I asked them what would they have written to me if I had waited for my parcel to be delivered as always? Or my post office had not worked on 24th of December as almost all post offices in Lithuania? Or postal worker hadn’t helped me? They did not answered to any of these questions.
Now they answer to my review and try to look like heros who delivered parcel on time. And what’s more they try to blame shipper or Black Friday. I placed my order on 8th of NOVEMBER. Plenty of time till Black Friday. They did not manage to handle my order to courier for 3 weeks. So it was all their fault that the delivery took almost 7 weeks.
I recieved my parcel on 24th of December because of the good postal lady that helped me. If not for her, I would have received the parcel only on 28th or 29th December.
Never buying from them again and do not recommend you to do that.

I ordered a guess bag from here 8th August 2023 and was still processing by 24th August .Disputed charges and finally got an update that it has been dispatched but no official email . If item is not recieved within next 2 weeeks will have to dispute charges again. ORDER 9502334

I recently viewed a Alviero Martini bag on Forzieri website. I have over 15 various map bags and the one I saw was perfect and was reduced to an amazing price. I rec’d yesterday and am delighted. One suggestion pay for shipping at $7.95 for quicker delivery. Forzieri great site for great buys.

So far only two stars due to the long ship time. I placed an order 10/25/22. I phoned to find out when it would ship and was told 10/31. Received a tracking number and will update this review when I receive my package. Contacting customer service was easy. Eva was very helpful. Hopefully I can add more stars.
Update November 4. Received my boots. Beautiful. Exactly as described. Beautiful package. And, the best price I found through much searching. FedEx was horrible but that is no fault of Forzieri. Will definitely buy here again!!

An unpleasant and expensive experience.
I ordered cufflinks on 8/9 for my own wedding on 8/21. The website said 2-9 days shipping plus processing time, so I knew it might be tight. On 8/17 they still had not shipped and I had not heard anything, so I reached out to see what the status was. I was then told that they were back ordered and could not be shipped until mid-September. I was obviously disappointed, and left with little time to procure an alternative. This should have been communicated proactively and much sooner. Regardless, they offered to cancel my order, and I asked them to do so via email.
A month later on 9/13 I received a notification that my order had shipped. According to Forzieri: "Unfortunately, we never received a confirmation from the billing department and your order was shipped out although we had requested the cancellation for your order."
At this point I had no use for the cufflinks, so I requested that they pay the return shipping since they had sent out the order in error, but they refused. When I went to FedEx to return them at my own cost, I was told that the shipping would be nearly as expensive as the cufflinks themselves. So I am stuck with them and the cost is sunk.
I'm giving them 2 stars because I did receive the product and it meets expectations. I don't think the company is deceptive, just poorly run. Given the lack of communication, internal mixup, and refusal to compensate for their own mistake, I would not use Forzieri again or recommend them to anyone.
