Poor customer service, package missing
Waiting on my package which should have been shipped within 4-5 days... had a lot of back and forth with UPS - waited patiently but was told eventually almost 2 weeks after the item was shipped that it was 'lost' and that I needed to contact seller (Forzieri) to open an investigation. Called multiple times to the Forzieri Canadian customer service during hours and no one picked up. Emailed multiple times, site says that a representative gets back to you within 24 hours, but again no response. Extremely disappointed in the service, very minimal information on where my package is and a big waste of time and effort so far. Having to resort to writing here and hoping to receive assistance.
UPDATE: After having a representative finally reach out to me, I was able to get my package (a big relief!) - however had to travel a great distance to pick it up; not sure why it was so difficult to get it delivered. That being said, I hope that my email to Alex has provided some suggestions in improving customer service. Hoping that next time I order it will be a smooth process.

Forzieri has always done a great job with quick shipment, prices, and beautiful presentation.
I've purchased multiple things and had great experiences with purchasing, returning a couple items, and prompt refunds.
I don't normally go more than 48 hours without hearing a response from them and they've always been polite. If you call them during office hours, they will also pick up. (I live in California, USA).
Please give this site a try. I definitely do not agree with the negative reviews on here.
It seems that if people bring up issues on here, they do address them quickly. I don't think they are doing that to save face. If they take a bit of time to answer, I really think it's because they aren't as big of a team like Farfetched or Net-a-porter, etc but have a lot of people to serve.
It's normally the same few people that respond and one I noticed had a last name of Parmentier so maybe even the founders help out with customer service sometimes?

I ordered a handbag that I had seen and loved in Harrods, I wasn't sure what I would receive as Forzieri were advertising the same bag for over £100 less. My order was placed on the 13th of Oct and I received the bag on the 21st of October. It arrived beautifully wrapped and it in perfect condition. Will definitely have the confidence to order from Forzieri again.

Ordered a pair of men's Italian leather gloves on October 4th and were delivered on October 15th.
The quality and price were both amazing. In Vancouver these gloves at a high end store would be 2 to 3 times the price.
They were in a box within a box with a really nice red bow.

I pre-ordered and paid for a bag in June, to be delivered in the first half of September. I decided against it in July so tried to cancel the order. After multiple emails back and forth, there was still no cancellation, so I figured I'd receive the bag early September and return it. By mid-October, still no bag and they stopped responding to my emails in August. I got Paypal involved and they refunded my money. With so many other luxury brand sites out there, stay far away from this one!!
Addendum: Since this post, I have been in contact with Alex Baronio from Forzieri and he is remarkable - communicative, reasonable, patient and generous. Bravo Forzieri for resuscitating your customer service department! I would not hesitate to purchase from this website.

Thanks to Alex, he replied to my email and is helping with this issue. Once the refund is completed, I will Forzieri a new review. I wish the website upgrade can be done soon, many other customers like me are very upset about not being able to contact customer service. Thank you, Alex, you are a hero, but the entire website's customer service needs to get improved.
Here is my original comment: "The shipping is fast, the package was well packed. However, when I was trying to ask for a return, I've been going through so many troubles. The return function is not working on the website, it tells me to contact customer service. I submitted my return request on the website for 5 times, no reply at all (it claims to reply within 24 hours). I had to call the customer service, the lady told me they would schedule the return asap, but 4 days passed, nothing happened. Nobody emails me or calls me. I don't want to miss the return window mentioned on the website. The worst customer service I've experienced ever. Won't buy anything from that website."

Ordered a bag on 22 of July and still did not get it. I emailed them 5 times and called twice. Everything I got is apologies but nothing specific. Each time they were promising that order will come soon but it was delayed for a fourth time. So I am waiting for my parcel almost 3 months...Never had that bad experience in my life. Very poor service would never order anything again from them...
They contacted after this comment and they made the refund.
They made the refund after this post, they didn’t have my permission to write my full name and place of living ( you can read The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individual citizens of the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA)) and they still ask to delete the negative comment! No way!

Do not purchase from this site. First, I was sent the wrong item. Then, when I finally got the correct item, it is falling apart in less than 2 years. I spent over $400 on a purse that has barely been used and is now falling apart. I was promised a 2 year warranty at the time of purchase, which is now being denied because they say it's 'wear and tear', even though the bag has been barely used! Ridiculous service, all they are offering is store credit - IF I pay for shipping and customs from Canada to Italy. Stay away!

Representative from Forzieri contacted me straight after I posted this review. I got my refund today.
I was advised to contact them in orders@forzieri .com, reply time is 1 business day.

There was an issue with my credit card (my bank’s issue) and Forzieri was all over it.
Alex emailed me immediately to clear up the issue. I purchased a beautiful Paul Smith scarf at half off, and it arrived in the US ahead of schedule. Forzieri is now one of my go-to fashion sites along with Mr. Porter. Incredible products, great deals, and wonderful customer service!
