Poor customer service, package missing

Waiting on my package which should have been shipped within 4-5 days... had a lot of back and forth with UPS - waited patiently but was told eventually almost 2 weeks after the item was shipped that it was 'lost' and that I needed to contact seller (Forzieri) to open an investigation. Called multiple times to the Forzieri Canadian customer service during hours and no one picked up. Emailed multiple times, site says that a representative gets back to you within 24 hours, but again no response. Extremely disappointed in the service, very minimal information on where my package is and a big waste of time and effort so far. Having to resort to writing here and hoping to receive assistance.
UPDATE: After having a representative finally reach out to me, I was able to get my package (a big relief!) - however had to travel a great distance to pick it up; not sure why it was so difficult to get it delivered. That being said, I hope that my email to Alex has provided some suggestions in improving customer service. Hoping that next time I order it will be a smooth process.

I shopped on this site for the first time. From purchase to delivery my experience was excellent and the prices are very competitive.
Totally satisfied with the service of this website. I definitely do not agree with the negative reviews on here!
Quick response always from Alex Baronio. My order it arrived beautifully wrapped thanks to Luca and in perfect condition. Highly recommend!
Forzieri has done a great job with quick shipment, price and beautiful presentation.

Just wanted to sing my praises!

Forzieri has always done a great job with quick shipment, prices, and beautiful presentation.

I've purchased multiple things and had great experiences with purchasing, returning a couple items, and prompt refunds.

I don't normally go more than 48 hours without hearing a response from them and they've always been polite. If you call them during office hours, they will also pick up. (I live in California, USA).

Please give this site a try. I definitely do not agree with the negative reviews on here.

It seems that if people bring up issues on here, they do address them quickly. I don't think they are doing that to save face. If they take a bit of time to answer, I really think it's because they aren't as big of a team like Farfetched or Net-a-porter, etc but have a lot of people to serve.

It's normally the same few people that respond and one I noticed had a last name of Parmentier so maybe even the founders help out with customer service sometimes?

Impressed

I ordered a handbag that I had seen and loved in Harrods, I wasn't sure what I would receive as Forzieri were advertising the same bag for over £100 less. My order was placed on the 13th of Oct and I received the bag on the 21st of October. It arrived beautifully wrapped and it in perfect condition. Will definitely have the confidence to order from Forzieri again.

Very Satisfied with quality,price and fast delivery.

Ordered a pair of men's Italian leather gloves on October 4th and were delivered on October 15th.
The quality and price were both amazing. In Vancouver these gloves at a high end store would be 2 to 3 times the price.
They were in a box within a box with a really nice red bow.
Very good experience.

No Response

I pre-ordered and paid for a bag in June, to be delivered in the first half of September. I decided against it in July so tried to cancel the order. After multiple emails back and forth, there was still no cancellation, so I figured I'd receive the bag early September and return it. By mid-October, still no bag and they stopped responding to my emails in August. I got Paypal involved and they refunded my money. With so many other luxury brand sites out there, stay far away from this one!!

Addendum: Since this post, I have been in contact with Alex Baronio from Forzieri and he is remarkable - communicative, reasonable, patient and generous. Bravo Forzieri for resuscitating your customer service department! I would not hesitate to purchase from this website.

My issue has been resolved. If you have a question regarding your order and can't get an answer through the online customer service, you can send an email to this address: orders at forzieri.com. Thanks again to Alex Baronio who helped me solved my problem. I wish the website can be fixed soon.

Thanks to Alex, he replied to my email and is helping with this issue. Once the refund is completed, I will Forzieri a new review. I wish the website upgrade can be done soon, many other customers like me are very upset about not being able to contact customer service. Thank you, Alex, you are a hero, but the entire website's customer service needs to get improved.

Here is my original comment: "The shipping is fast, the package was well packed. However, when I was trying to ask for a return, I've been going through so many troubles. The return function is not working on the website, it tells me to contact customer service. I submitted my return request on the website for 5 times, no reply at all (it claims to reply within 24 hours). I had to call the customer service, the lady told me they would schedule the return asap, but 4 days passed, nothing happened. Nobody emails me or calls me. I don't want to miss the return window mentioned on the website. The worst customer service I've experienced ever. Won't buy anything from that website."

Ordered a bag on 22 of July and still…

Ordered a bag on 22 of July and still did not get it. I emailed them 5 times and called twice. Everything I got is apologies but nothing specific. Each time they were promising that order will come soon but it was delayed for a fourth time. So I am waiting for my parcel almost 3 months...Never had that bad experience in my life. Very poor service would never order anything again from them...

They contacted after this comment and they made the refund.

They made the refund after this post, they didn’t have my permission to write my full name and place of living ( you can read The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individual citizens of the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA)) and they still ask to delete the negative comment! No way!

I returned 3 items 15 days ago, but I'm still waiting for the refund. Order no 9009930.
I emailed them several time but never heard back. I have called them but nobody answered!! This is not something that I would expect from this company...

My husband ordered me a bag for my…

My husband ordered me a bag for my birthday, he ordered it on the 13th August, my birthday is the beginning of September - so you would have thought this allowed plenty of time - how wrong could we be.
The status of our order says processing as it has done for the past 6 weeks.
Still waiting for the item now and it is October - absolutely shocking service.

Ordered a item on the 2/9/19

Ordered a item on the 2/9/19 , received a email saying they would not get the item I bought until the 22/9 and then woulda end it on to me. I emailed them last week still no reply, very poor service would never order anything again from them. The gift was a birthday present which unfortunately come and gone

Do not purchase from this site

Do not purchase from this site. First, I was sent the wrong item. Then, when I finally got the correct item, it is falling apart in less than 2 years. I spent over $400 on a purse that has barely been used and is now falling apart. I was promised a 2 year warranty at the time of purchase, which is now being denied because they say it's 'wear and tear', even though the bag has been barely used! Ridiculous service, all they are offering is store credit - IF I pay for shipping and customs from Canada to Italy. Stay away!

Hello,
we'd like to reply to Amanda Lehmann, from Red Deer,AB.
We completely disagree with her claim.
We processed and shipped out her order in date 27/03/2018, via DHL, prepaying from our side concerning Canadian duties and customs (25% of the order amount), she didn't pay any extra on delivery.
She's been using the bag for one year and a half and she contacted us, after all this time, saying that bag is damaged. We provided the pictures of the bag to the producer, FURLA, they confirm it's regular tear and wear, despite this we exceptionally agreed to have the item returned for a credit.
But return shipping and re-entry to Italy duties and customs will be on her. Free returns, as clearly indicated on our site, are within 28 days from receipt time.
2 year warranty is valid for eventual defects, not because she used the bag for one year and a half and she broke it.

I return an item a month ago

I return an item a month ago, I saw that it was received 3 weeks ago but I'm still waiting for the refund.
I emailed them several time but never heard back.

Update:
Representative from Forzieri contacted me straight after I posted this review. I got my refund today.

I was advised to contact them in orders@forzieri .com, reply time is 1 business day.
Hopefully someone finds this info helpful.

Amazing Service, Beautiful Clothes

There was an issue with my credit card (my bank’s issue) and Forzieri was all over it.
Alex emailed me immediately to clear up the issue. I purchased a beautiful Paul Smith scarf at half off, and it arrived in the US ahead of schedule. Forzieri is now one of my go-to fashion sites along with Mr. Porter. Incredible products, great deals, and wonderful customer service!

I ordered a Lancaster Paris handbag on Monday and received it on Thursday. I couldn't believe the excellent customer service for shipping from Italy to the USA. The handbag was expertly packaged, and the box arrived without even a smashed corner, tear or dent. Everything just perfect--but especially the beautiful red handbag. Thanks so much!
