Edit: The positive reviews look like people who have been told to leave a positive review in the hope that they get their money back. Please resist this if it has happened to you and contact your bank immediately.

My father in law notified us of some unauthorised transactions. Upon inspection we found it belonging to this site. In the chat, it was mentioned that he created an account and subscribed... which doesn't make sense as he does not own pets.

The bank has been notified to investigate these payments.

This website is actively scamming people and they will not get away with it.

At least someone contacted me in regards my quest.

I had an issue regarding a subscription with ForPetStuff.com, which I do not recall authorizing, I do not own any pets. An amount of R150.33 was deducted from my account, I immediately contacted this company and this is when the informed me if the subscription. I then requested cancellation and a refund. Claire from the escalations department assured
me that the subscription was cancelled and that I will receive a refund after I send a review on trust pilot. Thank you for the prompt service by cancelling the subscription, I await my refund of R150.33

to want me to delete my review to refund. I am getting automated emails that basically want me to lie to poeple and pretend they actually offer a good service when they dont. It's just blackmail, remove your review to get your refund. Guess i'll have to continue to post honest and accurate review about them until they decide to be honnest and refund the card.
