FRAUD! The company is a scam. I was tricked into paying 20euro for buying a product that was never sold.
They do not refund or admit the fraud!

Honestly, I entered a free gift promotion on Temu, not realizing that when I entered my personal details, it automatically entered me into a subscription with Formyhobbies. I realized this when a subscription fee was deducted from my bank account. Upon investigating I was informed of this. I am unemployed and cannot afford the subscription fees and therefore have to cancel my membership. I do appreciate the professionalism and expertise in which Raj is helping me with this matter. Fast communication and service

Awful company and a total scam. They get you to sign up to what seems to be arealy good deal, should have stopped there...you then have signed up for a two weekly gift card where they just take money out of your account. It's near on impossible to stop them. Online chat is a nightmare. Block this company without delay,,I've had to change my bank card to stop them it's been horrible and I can't get the money I lost back.they reply on here the same to everyone.when you try to cancel it throws you embark to online chat. Have nothing to do with them! Please!
*footnote..they are now asking me to put a 5star review and I'll gwt my money back! Up yours !! people deserve to know how you are stealing from people.

Didnt want a subscription

I’ve just been scammed by this firm formyhobbies for £40.00,for something that cost £8.99,can you help me get my money back.?

Your we're never honest about signing the membership, I only paid R35 for delivery 🚚 baby products that you said a won a package of baby essentials, not membership that allowed you to take my money out of my account without my permission, without any notice

Scam website! They'll somehow subscribe you to their membership plan, and then dock you cash fortnightly. You'll ask for a refund and to end your subscription, and they'll provide a fake assistant to help with your case (some idiocy like, 'we'll make an exception for you' or 'we ensure customer loyalty and will refund you within 5-7 days') all FAKE. No refund will be given and they ensure you first give them heaps of praise on TrustPilot. Don't fall for it, they will NOT cancel your subscription and rather debit your account the membership fee AGAIN. Shallow people, make sure you phone your bank to block them ASAP. Thought they were clever by making sure my cancelation had a 14 day period which happened to fall on the same day my membership was to be renewed. Formyhobbies.com is a SCAM. Through and through.
