Be aware - just SCAM
Dear Trustpilot, you required me to remove sentence "I have received email with fake advertisement of my insurance company, which directed me to fake eshop with kind of gift where just postal charges had to be paid by card". But this is exactly what happened and why my bank was able to confirm it as a fraud transaction and return money by chargeback (so it is funny, that Gogamingitems send me more end more emails offering send money back if I change it to positive review. They have nothing to return as transaction was charged-back by my bank. I have nothing more to add, it is your decision if you are going to support scammers or not.

Some time ago, I had very "interesting" experience with this company
- I have received email with fake advertisement of my insurance company, which directed me to fake eshop with kind of gift where just postal charges had to be paid by card
- instead of delivering the gift (of course, this was just trick) they started their useless membership with idea to charge monthly charges. Luckily, they were able to charge it only once as this was disposable virtual card from Revolut, so it was invalid for any follow-up charges
- I asked them to return money, they refused. So I solved the situation with charge-back. Revolut solved it quickly and returned money.
- but this is not end, they started to send me emails requesting to remove the review and rewrite is as positive, offering sending additional financial compensation. I never did it, so my review stayed published.
- but the biggest surprise - they flagged my review and Trustpilot removed the review, even when I described them again, what happened
So what is the conclusion from this experience
- be careful with offers send by email
- use one time disposal virtual cards, they prevent you from such thieves subscriptions
- if you have similar issue, do not waste time discussing the issue with them, just flag the transaction and ask your bank to proceed with charge-back
- do not agree on changing your review against some payment, this just lead to fake positive reviews and in fact it is violation of Trustpilot rules
- but who can trust to Trustpilot when they remove reviews just when scammers as them to do so?

I didn't have any problems or struggles with canceling my membership. They were very kind to assist me in a way they can.

I ordered a product and paid an amount. As soon as I registered my bank card, they withdrew the amount. When they finished, I was transferred to another payment page. They sent me a text message with a secret number to withdraw another amount. I did so and they withdrew the amount from me again. All I did was send the product that I paid for the first time, then retrieve the other amount that they withdrew from me again.
