Avoid at all costs!

I do not remember having ever ordered anything to this website, but I ended up "registered" to some kind of lousy "membership" which helped himself of 7,5€ every month.

When I found out, I cancelled this so-called "membership" but that crappy scammer refused to refund all the money stolen.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

They resolved my situation without any issues, thanks to Diamond and I will use their services again anytime.

My experience with this platform was extremely bad, and I do not recommend dealing with it at all. Unfortunately, the website seems untrustworthy and relies on misleading advertisements and fake promotional content on social media.

What is even more concerning is the way their customer service operates. When I contacted them regarding money that was deducted unfairly, I was pressured in an unprofessional manner. They tried to bargain with me by saying they would refund the amount only if I leave a positive review. However, if I refuse or leave a negative review, they deny any refund and act as if I am not entitled to anything.

I have an official email from them clearly stating this, and I can provide it if needed.

I strongly advise everyone to be cautious before using this website.

I was browsing on my phone and I signed up membership to Dreamwardrobe. However I found it hard to understand the gift cards and points system and sent a query to customer support for assistance. Diamond resolved issue and explained everything in an easy and understandable way.
