I phoned for advice and technical sales were very knowledgeable and helpful. They soon sorted out my query and the spare part arrived promptly.

delivered with a damaged work bench. contacted customer service , no quibbles , i sent a couple of photos of the transit damage. they sent out a new work bench that arrived the next day. easy to put together , just spent a morning splitting logs , the 7 ton log splitter is an excellent tool. had no issues with it whatsoever . splits everything you throw at it. suits my needs perfectly, seen some reviews that have said you need two people to put it together and it takes a couple of hours. not sure what they have been doing. took me 30 minutes on my own. i lay the splitter on its side on a work bench to attach the stand , made things a lot easier.

Great little machine. Easy start, produces fine chips and leaves do not clog the machine up when chipping leafy branches. I have not tried just leaves. I did read some reviews that the blades were soft and blunt easily. So I bought some T8 blades in anticipation but, after about 30 hours of use the original blades are still good, and I have not rotated them yet.

Good little machine so far.

Absolutely superb customer service. I connected with real human people instead of andafone or robotic services. Order was placed and paid for. Before I knew it the order had been delivered to us and it was well packaged. Could not ask for more. Other service providers should be taking a close look at how Forest-Master operates.

Loads of parts missing

I wrote to forest Master on a weekend and received a useful response during that period. This is remarkable

I brought this based on reviews I had read, and I am very impressed with its performance. It splits wood very easily and quicker than an axe. Delivery was quick and well packaged. I wish I had brought one sooner. Would definitely recommend this for anyone who is looking at splitting their own logs for firewood.

Forest master battery powered chainsaw. Chainsaw works well not had problem with that. The only disappointment is with the battery’s that come with it don’t last at all. It’s a good thing the makita battery’s fit they work a lot better. And was the reason I went with this one to use my makita battery’s along side. But forest master battery don’t last any time at all

I was kept informed when I would receive delivery of the chipper everything I had read and watched on videos was spot on. The chipper is fantastic dealing with long branches of beech sycamore and hawthorn. The feed in rate is very good with chipping a good size. Even with the hawthorn the processed chippings were easy to handle. 10 out o 10 for the machine plus Forest masters professional handling of my order.

In answer to my question about how to remove the black cover in the centre of the drum housing on my chipper, you suggested that I watch one of your YouTube videos for which you would email me the link. Your first email was missing the link. Your second email included a link for a different model of chipper, and showed how to assemble it, not how to remove the black cover. This could hardly be less helpful. Removal of the cover is necessary to check rotation of the drum (see manual page 11 for FM14DDES).

Great product and customer service. its a shame they are not made in the UK as you can clearly see they are a china product but better then most.
