Support help is quick and effective, specially in my case, helped by Ann.

Scarlett was rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. At the beginning of the chat, it was evident that she did not take the time to read and understand my concern before responding. This lack of attention made me feel disregarded and undervalued as a customer.

Additionally, the agent did not provide any resolution to my issue and seemed unwilling to offer any assistance or guidance. Her dismissive attitude and lack of effort to address my concern left me frustrated and disappointed with the service.

I would strongly recommend providing this agent with further training on active listening, problem-solving, and customer empathy to improve the quality of service.

SCAM- AVOID AVOID AVOID

Started taking payments from my account and had to trace the company, to be informed that I had a subscription but they couldn't tell me what I was subscribed to???

The advisor was condescending and seemed reluctant to help. Even though I haven't heard of this company let alone bought anything from them- she was adnament that I couldn't have been subscribed without my knowledge, she also wouldn't discuss refund or whether I would be charged any more during the termination period.

It was my great experience this site i was ordering a phone that they advertised in fb but my order won't go trought then they offer me to refund my money back or refund .Then I given them here a review then I really appreciate if they gonna send my refund as soon as possible thanks.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
I WAS TO BE REFUNDED BUT IT NEVER HAPPENED
