I have been waiting for a refund since…
I have been waiting for a refund since 2/5. I never authorized these people to debit the amount from my account to begin with. I did pay $7.99 for a spice box I "won" and was only paying shipping. If I don't receive a refund soon and the actual thing I paid for I will have to file fraud with my bank. This is so frustrating.
