I wasn't very amicable in the complaint I issued, however, the representative assessed the situation objectively and was very supportive.

I would give a zero star if there was a possibility, the company scams you to subscribe and auto charges you for the price of the product you intended to order so that you get fooled to authorise the bank for the payment. Then straight after it asks for another payment for the product you ordered and that's where it triggered me that I've got scammed. They set the subscription to charge you every 14 days in my case it was £46 and something. I called the mobile number on the page which goes on voicemail saying "I have nothing to do with the organisation, this is a fraud which is currently been reported and being dealt with the police. The company members do respond to the emails, but are very vague even on the chat and you can start to tell they are trying to get rid of you. I have reported this to my bank as a fraudulent transaction and even though the company told me that my payment is declined they still managed to charge my account. The bank said they couldn't intervene till 14 days as I had authorised the transaction. Eventually the bank refunded the amount to me due to me being loyal with them for over 20 years but I only got lucky I think. I have had confirmation from the company that my subscription is cancelled not that I trust them but my bank has also highlighted their name in case they request the payment again. Stay away honestly. Not worth the hassle I went through and never believe a price to be too good to be true!

I don't want to subscribe your merchant. Please stop charging on my account.

False advertising. It said i was buying chocolate bars next thing i know im subscribed to something and twice the payment i authorised was taken out of my account

I was not completely satisfied by my experience since it was not intentional to apply for a subscription, but I indeed was satisfied by the response I had from the workers (Paula), they made a good job in searching a solution to my problem.
